Originally supposed to have a first floor unit, at arrival informed me it was no longer available and moved to second floor. Glass and thrash all over loading docks.

I was told late fee started after 5 days past due date. but not him it went from 5 days to 3 days from one month to next. I shouldn't referral that uhaul coz it's not the same for all just depends how he will make money off you. never again.

The staff at McAdams park were wonderful and vet helpful. 6 months later we needed to move everything and as we were out of state we called to arrange moving help and Uboxes. Again the staff at McAdams were super helpful, calling me once the job was done and helping me close out remotely. Can’t say enough good things about them.
