I called twice. The first time I called the woman put me on hold for over 25 minutes just to let me know if they had any pick up trucks left. This was at 7:10 am and this location opens at 6:00 am. I eventually hang up and call back again, the same woman answers the phone and immediately has an attitude with me. She was able to give me an answer right away and adamantly denies putting me on hold. The store clerk and person that checks the equipment were very nice and friendly. If it was not for those employees I would have given this experience 0 stars.

Very upset when reserving online about the mileage this location was no where near the truck they HAD LISTED AVAILBLE at the location I chose. Therefore I was screwed on the mileage. Also line was long even for already being checked in.

Make sure that the vehicle has good windshield wipers, tight front end,tires with out cut sidewalls, good universal joints, nothing that needs welding. And don't send customers away because you're just too busy.

The guy told us 60 miles and gave us a price. I ended up spending a lot more and I even returned it a day earlier. U should have unlimited or more trucks at places like eldorado. I felt like we got screwed. Never again will I use your services or refer you to anyone. The rates are ridiculous and poor customer service

The three guys that came and checked the truck in were goofing around and flipping each other the middle finger the whole time. Also my dad was trying to tell the guy about a problem he noticed while driving the truck and your employee just acted as if my dad was stupid. This location was very disrespectful and way too crowded that I had to have somebody continue to circle while picking up the truck and dropping it off.

Truck was the filthiest I have ever rented from U-Haul. When I took it back, the kid approached me to finalize the bill, spit in front of himself (not to the side) and slobbered spit. Very nasty.

I rented a car trailer for 24hrs picked it up at 8:30 am returned it at 8:30 am the next day I got charged for 2 days 125.00 they said my card declined when Just the hour before that I received an email for a receipt hence the reason I called for getting charged for 2 days customer service was average and I still don’t know if I’m getting my money reembursed because they said they tried to run my card and it was declined when it clearly wasn’t or I wouldn’t have received a email receipt
