I am giving you a yes because of convenience of the location but the truck was dirty the instructions were not well explained I had a 7 AM arrival time and you guys open up at 7 AM but you guys did not open up at 7 AM it was more like 715 and then after I finally get done checking in I get told that it Hass to be back by 7 AM the next day I feel someone should've walked around the truck with me so I could inspect the truck with them and be on the same page they just pulled it around and said it was ready breaking was very bad in the truck to get up and go was very bad I've been track meaning it had no real power and seemed worn out good thing I wasn't driving it far

Before I got out of the truck, I checked the miles meter and it showed 89781. It was 89740 when I got it which was 41 miles total. The guy who inspected my truck said the total was 51 miles. I told him it was just 41 miles and asked him to check the meter again. He told me he was busy and doesn't has time to check. Then he walked away. I was really unhappy how the way he treated me.

They not only gave me the crappiest truck, it was filthy dirty on the inside and the dashboard/council was sticky and dirty. Then you had the nerve to charge me $20.00 more because I didn't sign in online after I brought truck!!! No one told me I had to do this!!! Even though you sent me an email thanking me for bringing the truck back!!!
I rented a storage unit from them and could not get my card to work and they helped me and rest it for me and walked outside with me to make sure it worked and even opened the door. Everyone was really nice

The following is in regard to the U-Haul company elsewhere and in general, as the employees at Towne East had no idea I was coming, because nobody had bothered to let them know. U-Haul let their employees at Towne East down as much as me, which speaks volumes about the culture of this company Please make some effort to Inform customers of their pick-up locations. A call was apparently made to me in advance to that effect, but no message was left so I had no way of knowing it had occurred; no voicemail, no email, no nothing. When I initiated advance confirmation- still unaware of the prior half-hearted attempt- there was absolutely no indication that I had been transferred on the telephone line to a different location than I dialed, nor that my preferred pick-up location had been changed. Visiting from another state and absent GPS, this proved to be more of a challenge than I had prepared for in advance, or thought that I had paid for. Interestingly, even the new location, the one I had unknowingly been punted to, had also had to send me elsewhere- Towne East- but that was a matter of resources and logistics, so at least there is some rational and pre-warned explanation, indeed, it renders the previous failure of your company a moot point, as I would have been sent packing regardless. I will never, ever, use U-Haul services or products due to the irresponsible and disinterested nature of your so-called "reservation" system, failure that it is.
Truck was very junkie. Rattle trap. Thought the front end was going to fall out. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
Did not have the correct truck that i reserved online and did not do anything to attempt to make it right. Did not even give the $50 guarantee, after it was brought up. Reserved a 26 foot and got stuck with a 20 foot. Returned the truck just a couple minutes past the 24 hour mark due to having to wait for someone to check in the truck. I had to wait in the street to even get into the parling lot. so they charged me 2 days for being late when I was there on their property waiting on them. Very displeased with the service provided and communication at this location.

Get more staff so customers don't have to go looking for someone to help them upon arrival. Also call wait times are terrible at this location. Waited 20 minutes on hold to get help with an issue, and finally hung up. Got help thru online chat instead.
Friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever received from U Haul. There was a minor problem they took care of immediately and without me having to bring it up. Good job guys!!!!
The employee who was assisting me was very rude in the beginning and very defensive towards us. I will never come back, this was my first time using u-haul and i'll go someplace different next time.

Returned truck after hours. I parked it and did online return but then there was no place to drop key. I had to return next morning and wait for them to open to hand off key which made me late for work.
I felt a little unwelcome as soon as I came through the door. The guy at the counter had an attitude, and didn't seem to care about my experience. On the other hand, when I dropped the truck off, the inspection crew was very nice and customer service oriented. The guy I was with said he had a very similar experience when he previously did business with this location.
