Chris, who checked me in was excellent. I had reserved a unit on-line and stopped by the office to make sure that everything was set for the move in. Chris explained that the website was a little misleading and did not guarantee a unit would be available. He took care of me and got me situated with a unit. He gave me a great tour and explained how everything worked. The facility is immaculately clean. Would highly recommend the facility and Chris.

The employees at U-Haul in West Dundee were very polite and helpful. Especially in the units that we needed to store what we need to store. The place is very clean. Convenient to load and unload. Inside a controlled environment. Thank you U-Haul you were very helpful.
