CAROL H | Primeras impresionesOn June30-july 1st I was given horrible customer service…The staff literally watched my mom n I walk around to different building and try to find the correct loading zone because we were given false information about where my storage unit was.No one apologized we were questioned “why do we have three carts”so we had to explain still no apology the manager on site has no customer service whatsoever.There 4 ppl standing and no one answering the phone as I walk in still allowing the phone to ring to ask them why no one is answering they all didn’t say anything but looked confused.This was the worst customer service.
