Both Stephanie and Jen have been great! I’m very thankful for their help and kindness this past year. I would definitely recommend their facility for storage units and rental trucks.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUHAUL in Utica, NY is a great place to store items. It is secure, clean and well lit in all areas. Staff is very helpful, always available, answers all questions and even makes suggestions when needed. I have stored my items for many years in different areas but Utica UHAUL is one of the best.
Marcia H | Experiencia generalStaff very professional and friendly, very happy with my experience
Terrence D | Experiencia generalLiked my storage unit location and the drive in feature. Evertime I was there the Gentleman was cleaning the halls
James G | Experiencia generalGreat place to store belongings. Always clean, easy to get to and staff is friendly and helpful when needed. Units' location can be hard to understand even with map handout. I have been a customer at many locations for years.
Marcia H | Mudanza en líneaI still have not received a call back about the insurance claim from the flood that happened. Some of my stuff that is the only thing that makes me unhappy about my experience. With this U-Haul, the insurance company did not do what they were supposed to and contact me. I left several messages with the insurance company and never heard back from them.
Dawn C | Experiencia generalWhat a nice facility. Everyone there is fantastic! The help is amazing! The notion that help the customers in so many ways is amazing! Wow! Every one is super there! The security is great! Wonderful!
MARTIN B | Primeras impresionesSaw it on the web site
Melanie M | Primeras impresionesI booked this storage unit online and I was not given proper instruction about how to check in properly. So when I got there to drop my stuff off, the office was already closed and there was no lock inside of my unit and the alarm went off when I opened my unit and I had to reach out to The text number of the storage supervisor and she was very helpful, and ultimately I was able to put my stuff into my unit, but after a long day of moving there was at least a half an hour delay and being able to do that because someone had to come down and bring me a lock to put on my unit.
Michele N | Mudanza en líneaUnbelievably the best crew I have had to work with. Made all my worries disappear. They all are the greatest
James P | Experiencia generalI like that this is indoors. I was able to walk into this location and not be hassle by a sales person as soon as I walked in my husband and myself were able to look around at the example unit that you have and when we were ready, we were able to walk right up to a friendly face at the Desk. The woman behind the counter was able to explain everything to me and explained it amazing and answered all of my questions and was very polite and professional, and we decided to rent a storage unit from this location.
Jessica B | Primeras impresionesI would highly recommend UHaul storage to anyone.
Valerie C | Experiencia generalNo help entering the location. I still don't know how the entry way works and I always have trouble getting in.
PETER M | Mudanza en líneaBring that I had an handicap unit, I feel it should have been with light in thus unit. If I'd stop by after 8 pm I 'd have to use a flash light and the light on my phone. THEREFORE they should look into that.
Doris B | Experiencia generalThe staff at this uhaul were apparently amazing very helpful, great staff thank you st Stephanie and here entire staff
TAMIE L | Primeras impresionesI appreciate Daniel and Stephanie helping me through a rough move.
