The problem with this location is twofold. One; my initial reservation was not booked correctly and that can’t be changed, day of pick up, unless you use a different credit card. Two; the initial trailer they had for me had bald tires. It was unsuitable for long distance use. I noticed that and spent another 25 min getting switched to a different trailer.

Poor customer service! Guy was the rudest ass I have ever met! And the truck was unsafe to begin with! Never will bring my service back! Wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there!

i rented a transporter, it was below zero out and the tie-downs were frozen in place with ice. I had to go get hot water and pour it on them to get them to work, I lost two hours of my day. Also my original reservation location was not open and thank goodness this location helped me out very fast. I lost about an hour of my day on this as well.

It was a snowy day when I picked up equipment and this made the smooth concrete sales floor of store very slippery. It would benefit some type of resurfacing to give it a little bite to walk on
