I've had storage units here for about 20 years. The staff has always been not just helpful, but eager to help. Every single employee I've met has always been this way. The company culture within this store is strong. I really will miss going here. Any time I've had an issue, they've been quick to resolve it. I wish every company I dealt with was as nice and fun to work with. Keep up the solid work!

rebecca d | First ImpressionsI had a decent experience here, the lock on my specific unit was horrible to use, it was new and nice but I had trouble getting it open every single time I needed to access my unit. Either the door is not aligned or it needs to be fixed I’m not sure. I also would have liked to know that they won’t prorate the unit cost if you don’t use it the whole month. I paid for my unit on time and then only needed to use it for half the month so I had expected to receive half the rate back. I think that information should be in bold somewhere or told to potential customers. Overall it was a decent experience.
