When I when picked up the truck I wanted actually wanted the square cargo Van I end up with a round shaped cargo Van when inside and told him what I was actually wanting to read showed him the picture of it which is what I picked and while I was talking to the attendant another employee looked at looked at her and said if hes not going take that Van let me have it I'll give it to somebody else he was very rude the lady was no help at all and I ended up having to use a Van smaller than what I expected and ended up making 2 trips and spending more money than what I even planned

It would be great to make sure the gas tank is full at the time of rental. The paperwork was saying it was half tank but the truck had only a quarter of tank gas, which I called back to report to the store to make sure they are aware of it.

I was charged for moving pads and a furniture dolly. They were not provided to me. I requested a refund from the location and from the call center. Both said I wouldnt be charged but I was.

When a customer arrives stop talking about personal topics with coworkers and greet them. Don't make them stand there and wait for you to finish. Give them your full attention. Don't continue contributing to the conversation your cohorts are having. Don't point and say there's your vehicle, keys are in it. Walk them out and show them the vehicle and make sure they have no questions and that there are no problems. Skin tight yoga pants are a questionable business attire. Tell folks how to return after hours and about cell phone app return process. Don't assume they know and leave them hunting in the dark for a drop box down an alley. Move that drop box to the very front where it's safer. Give them trucks with working parts.

Had a confirmed uhaul reservation to be picked up at5:30 at one location I was called as 4:15 and told they canceled my reservation and it was rescheduled for pick up at 4:30 at a location across town. I had to catch a Uber to get there and the guy on the phone told me he wanted to close early and it wasn’t his problem. I didn’t get off work until 5pm. So I got in trouble and lost pay because of this. The second location told me they have daily problems with Bob and they wish he would get shut down

All the staff were very kind and made my transition smooth. The return was quick and overall great. They could tell I was pretty tired and were helpful to get me checked out quickly which I appreciate. The only problem I had was the truck highly stunk of old cigarette smoke... had to drive with the windows down in the winter so I didn't gag
