Everything was good but the location where it located at in corner of street makes it hard to turn when a GOS tells u to go one way n I need to make a u turn . Also I rented a trailer to haul a truck n my truck didn’t fit there in trailer

Really just the perfect experience! The safety of the location was excellent; location, availability, staff at site is so friendly and always eager to help. Lots of product for every kind of moving/packing/dolly’s/trucks, you name it. We have used their storage twice and trucks also

Some initial issues were inconvenient but a customer service employee at front desk fixed the situation.
My experience was great! I only had one hiccup and that was the day I came to empty my storage. My card didn't work, but an employee was right there to help with the gate, coming and going. I would recommend.

Ms. Tanya (the manager) was always very helpful and professional. All transactions were smooth and simple. The entire experience really couldn’t have been any easier. Definitely a location I’d use again if necessary.
The staff at 1010 S Memorial drive is amazing! Renting the storage unit was easy, convenient, and well explained. Our storage unit was being used a place to transition our belongings while moving from a new state and into a new house. With the all the stress involved with a big move, U-haul made things stress-free and even provided comfort, compassion, and bottled water to our family when things got hard. Thanks U-haul!

This facility is very aged and that is very evident. The unit we had was dark and musty. It was broken into twice. Not that we expected the office to be responsible for the belongings but they didn't even seem to care. Just came and took a couple pictures the first time and said you can call the police out to make a report. Well, how about you work on security of your facility and how someone was able to climb over the walls into our unit? The second time we didn't even bother. We got a new bigger unit, for less $$ and fits what I would truly consider climate controlled. I would not recommend anyone I know to use this location. On the 2 occasions I have had to deal directly with the manager, she was pleasant and attentive to my questions and needs. That I will give them.
Great experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They got me in and out quickly, briefed me on the process, and took me to my storage unit. Two standouts were Tanya, the Manager, and Eddie, the Mechanic. Tanya guided me through the process and explained how things worked when renting a storage space. Eddie was friendly and chatted with me while I waited for my movers to arrive at the location. U-Haul on 1010 S. Memorial in Tulsa, OK is the best!!!
The customer service was great. They worked with me on everything I needed. Smooth process with the unexpected moving issues that came up with my sister during the time I had planned to use the truck.
Too bad there's no prorated rent.. I moved out in the middle of the month. Should only pay for what u use . So about 14 days I paid I could have used elsewhere. Moving expenses. But over all my experience was excellent.
Everyone from the Manager to the employees at the 61st & Peoria store was amazing. I've used U-Haul now for going on my 10 the move... You guys are amazing...
