Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulRoha was such a great person to work with. Even though I was probably a little frustrated when after not being able to get in my unit. It was after hours so I understand but I was behind schedule so I was frustrated with waiting. Roha did a fantastic job apologizing and doing everything in her power to help me! I appreciate her extra effort and patience! You’re doing great girl! R

Gary C | Experiencia general11th Memorial Tulsa, Oklahoma Man, the service was so wonderful. They went above and beyond. I am so out done I mean, friendly respectful nice polite you name it. They deserve nothing but five stars thank you guys so much for giving me the best customer service ever you never find that anymore and I’m locked in for a year for my storage. Oh my God that is such a blessing. Thank you all for all that you do.

Ajuania B | Experiencia generalI never used the storage unit or placed any belongings inside because I could not safely access the facility. I was unable to get inside because there were doorstops blocking the doors, making it difficult to open and enter. The storage area also appeared very outdated and run-down, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable storing my belongings at this location or recommending it to others.

I’m very well satisfied the way she handles her business and giving good customer service and the training that she gives her staff and people like her need to be in all your establishments I will continue my service with Uhaul. I will not go anywhere else. I had a bad experience with the one on 11th and Yale and I’ll never go there again only because the one on 11th And More did not have any trucks thank you Mrs. Kari For being a good representative for Uhaul .
