Not Happy with the ending service I called this morning they said I had no extra charges now I sent received email neither charging me a 164.00 I feel the truck up fool and you all saying it wasn't full but it was full when I returned it I don't know nothing about no moving pads Not happy yo could called me and let me know cause I wanted to find out if I was getting charged extra what but not for no pads in my gas was full when we pulled in there we took a picture of the mileage like the paper told me to do. It was a little dirty. It shook alot if you went above 40. The back hatch kept coming off the track so we had to fix it ourselves. The reason it went over was we had to find a wash station big enough to fit the uhaul so we could clean it after.kevin E.

The 1st trailer had a broken jack so we got the one next to it without a jack. That was even ok until we returned the trailer after hours and had to get it off by ourselves. My husband hurt his back trying to pick up the trailer off the hitch.. A trailer this heavy should never be rented out without a working jack.. The utility trailer was easy to pull and both load and unload.Lawrence W.

Rented my truck 3/31/2021. The front cashier was the worst experience I had with uhaul. I had schedule to my appointment online and chose to do a mobile pick for the first time. When trying to ask employee for assistance cashier responded with an attitude. Yelling over my questions to give me unclear directions to complete my transaction. Employee refused to act in a customer friendly way and denied having a supervisor assist and went as far stating she didn't care for uhual, supervisor, or I had a customer. I did get a chance to speak with supervisor on duty (Eddie Haily) who was on no help. He didn't care of his employee actions or behavior but allowed it cause it was a busy time. So now that we at the conclusion this is that last time using uhal after 10 years doing business. Fix your online portal for even better customer use or just ditch the worthless employees running your name through the mud.Miguel S.

The in-person customer service is fantastic, but the online 24/7 portal is so incredibly frustrating. It makes the customers' and employees' lives harder. Confirming phone numbers was a nightmare, and the store representative was not able to override the online system. Please do not promote a remote service that doesn't work! The van was filthy dirty and was not filled with gas it was in-between 3/4 and full but I filled it up when I returned it because the paperwork said it was full, had to have worker do pretrip.and app would not work for me to do it.i have pictures of the fuel guage, I am not Happy that I had to spend extra money and time to wait on the worker to do the pretrip and the fuel level and this and the other time before I rented a cargo van that the pretrip app Link didn't workPatrick C.
