Michael P | Experiencia generalVandalism of truck- issue handled well. Super helpful phone agent. Only issue was the first time I was transferred, the call was cut off and I had to call back.
Brandi F | Experiencia generalNo comment
SYLVIA E | Experiencia generalGreat experience and will always be a uhaul supporter due to the same customer service each time I have ever used. This one was the best so far. Thank you
JONATHAN O | Primeras impresionesThe staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. You could not have any better employees there! They made everything easy and convenient. My only negative with this location is, the entrance to the storage locker area has a door card reader. That lcd display is in the sunlight and faded, making it difficult to read sometimes. Everything else is perfect. Thank you.
Brian M | Experiencia generalGreat experience
Carlos A | Experiencia generalStaff very helpful and friendly.
Linda V | Experiencia generalThe staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Dorrenda S | Primeras impresionesGood people and professional
Jose N | Primeras impresionesGreat experience! Adam and his crew were professional, kind and helpful. Also, the place was kept spotless by Diane. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing to store their belongings. Thank you!!
David D | Experiencia generalThe representative that who sat at the front desk, I believe his last name started with a G was rude and disrespectful. I had positive experiences speaking on the phone and was told he would ultimately help me, but instead was rude and rushed me throughout the whole process.
