Katrina and Austin were very professional and easy to work with. I initially used the online app. But when we dropped the truck off. It was the wrong g location since there are 2 U Haul facilities here in The Dalles. Kristina corrected everything and because of her sales manship we rented a 10x20 storage unit thank you for your e ceptional help Austin and Kristina..
