I got a call the morning of our rental that there was an issue with the original vehicle we were supposed to get (they had quickly arranged for us to receive an alternate vehicle), I appreciated the good communication and the fact that they closely inspected the vehicle before our rental so that we were not stuck dealing with any problems during the rental period. ¡Gracias!Cameron T.

Uhaul's mobile platform failed to work correctly, did not have my equipment right, and took a while to return the van. The whole experience with Uhaul on this move was very poor. Do not rely on what the mobile platform tells you. Call first to confirm they have your actual truck!Thomas D.

The trailer I rented worked flawless, however there was some grease or oil on the trailer deck that was not cleaned. Also the trailer was very dated and well used. I would imagine it's nearing the end of its life since most of the paint was worn off. Did the job, but she was a little rough.Michael G.

This time at this office I had great service. There was a slight issue with some that cleaned with a straight cleaner with out daulting as directions stated so it was quit smelly but they instantly took care of it. The gal who checked us in was very kind and apologetic for the pick up location. I expressed my concerns and she said she would pass on the info for me. We also let her know that the windshield wipers needs replaced and she took care of it immediately. I wish the place we picked up from was just as kindJACQUELYN C.
Uhaul National - which makes reservations said the equipment was avaialble HOWEVER it was not. My contract said Wenatchee, but I had to drive an extra 90+.miles to Chelan - luckily not all the way back to an even further away location. BOGUS - do not rent equipment you are not able to guarantee - I drove 4 hours for a one way rental and could have drug a trailer from any location between those two places.John R.

Equipment and service were highly satisfactory. A van was rented and only suggestion to improve the use of the vehicle would be to have more handholds in the cargo area to facilitate entering and exiting while loading/unloading the vehicle. Service cashier was an asshole. I told him that I'd need it til 4pm the next day at the earliest if possible 48 hours. He says okay and charges me. Next day at 10am he calls me pissed off because he's reserved it for someone else that day? Either he's deaf or dumb but I wouldn't use this location again.Tyler M.

Website did not work during pickup and would not scan bar code. Would not recognize my location. Staff at location told me uhaul/share doesn't work. Upon return after hours would not recognize location and I spent 20 minutes on hold to talk to a rep about returning equipment. Rep was not friendly.Tyler M.

The guy who checked the truck out was great. Good experience. When I returned the truck it was quite different. A young woman finally appeared after 15 minute wait while store was completely unattended. maybe she was out back smoking, who knows. When she did appear after I made the door chime ring many times she had no mask and didn't seem to care about me checking in the truck. I told her I wanted a receipt showing I returned the truck in order. She said "You want me to do that now?, as if it was way too much work for her to bother. That seems strange as she was doing nothing but being absent from attending the store and customers as there were no other customers or a living soul anywhere but me. I could have easily walked out of the store with all your merchandise. I had to insist she check in the truck to make sure I returned the rented items, dolly, blankets, gas was full, truck was clean etc... and she very reluctantly did so and finally gave me a receipt.MICHAEL H.

Reservation and pick-up was smooth. When I returned the trailer for my 8:00 pm due time the office was closed, so I went online to self check-out. I've never used the online return process before so I was hesitant if it would work but the process was very intuitive and quick. As I drove away from the location I was thinking that was a positive experience and I'll be renting trailers from The Dalles location again.KENNETH C.
Called and requested that vehicle pickup be postponed one day because of unexpected delays, associated complained that the business was losing money cause I didn't pick up the vehicle. Meanwhile I need the uhaul cause my father passed. Sorry you're losing money over one day when I just lost my dad for life. Don't bring money into the conversation unless it's my rates.SHAY H.
On my first rental I was automatically given 48 hours due to the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations. I was also allowed enough miles to get there. This time I was given only 24 hours which was not sufficient. The guy who I picked up the truck from told me that he would fix it. But, I was charged for an extra day and for going over the mileage allowance. I drove straight from the pickup location to my old house, to my new house and to the drop-off location so I should not have gone over the allowed mileage.Carl T.

When we went into the store to reserve our truck we made it very clear we didn't want to do the internet sign up. The lady did it anyways then scolded us when we came in to get our truck. Was given the key but wasn't shown where our truck was at or even how to find it. When I went in the store to ask I got scolded yet again and told its the last one out there. A customer had to tell me that the number on the key matched up to the top of the back of the truck.AMBER N.

This location previously accused my pregnant wife and I of being drug traffickers by the manager. We had our roof cave in and we were stressed to the max. We had only lived in the location we were moving from for a short time and we used a po box as our address so I didn't know the physical address. Due to this he almost did not rent us the truck but we luckily had our lease in hand to show him. After we complained and made corporate aware of the issue and how badly we were treated, we were simply emailed a one sentence apology with a paragraph as to why they felt they were in the right for mistreating us.. I would not recommend this location to an enemy. So disappointed in the way the uhual corporation took care of this issue.BRANDON JAMES T.

Hands down, this was the worst customer experience I've ever had. I was moving from Oregon to Arizona; when I got in late, the storage address I was given didn't exist. When I got to my storage place, I found out that everything I was told about online check-in was false. The person I talked to on the after hours phone line told me I should have been there earlierâ€"after I had driven 20 hours and went straight to the facility. I had to drive a half hour away from one U-Haul facility to another one just to return the truck, and then I was charged for the gas that 30 minute drive cost. I was told twice I'd be buying blanket pads, but found out that apparently they were rental only when I got to AZ and was charged over $100 for one dozen blankets because I'd used them in my storage unit. If at all possible, I will never ever use U-Haul again.Benjamin L.
