The units need to be sealed better to ensure less dust in the unit. I didn't open my unit a lot but still ended up with a lot of dust and debris in the unit. Or the unit pricing should be made cheaper to match the facility.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNo pressure with content insurance. Very nice and helpful staff. I got a lock free.
Janusz D | Primeras impresionesThe security needs to be on point because a couple of times I forgot to put my pin in the alarm went off and nobody came to check if it was my storage only issue I had

GUSTAVO M | Experiencia generalTamala was extremely helpful and courteous during my visit at this facility. She was knowledgeable and Customer focus in all that She did. It was a pleasure talking and working with Her. I would recommend all to this Facility. Wonderful Experience ⭐
David T | Experiencia generalI was very pleased with the assistance from the Streamwood facility . They were courteous and helpful. I was extremely upset that no one informed me of the closure of the other facility that I was assigned to, and waited 30 minutes before I was informed about the Streamwood facility I paid $83.00 an.hour for movers, and if course this was money being wasted while being informed of the usage and closure of the assigned facility. To me communication would have eliminated this major set back . But I will admit that the Streamwood employees calmed my mind, by providing excellent customer service . I'm still upset due to lack of communication.
David T | Primeras impresionesMy unit leaked and I have several damaged items. Very very disappointed. Staff was friendly but didn’t seems seem that concerned when I mentioned it her. She told me to talk to the manager!!
