Easy access. I love the key entry

TAHJMA S | Overall ExperienceThe access to to he storage unit could be improved. Most of the loading/unloading docks were blocked by the hitch trailers and a truck. I wasn't able to use the one available dock's roll-up door were we had to park to unload the truck. The sidewalk we had to use to get to the the storage unit was narrow and had an AC unit blocking part of it. We had to carefully maneuver by it as to not let the dolly slip off the sidewalk's edge or bump into to the AC unit. The unit I was given had a water drip from the ceiling and smelled a bit like mildew. The agent quickly resolved that and issued my another acceptable unit. He also made note of water drip and made a repair ticket. Much thanks.
Zakirah J | First ImpressionsSome employees are not friendly, some are just to laid back for work. There's never any parking anywhere to load your uhaul. The upstairs area NEEDS better temperature control. The facility is old and needs to be updated. These are the reason I transfer my storage. I found one much nicer as well as cheaper.
