Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was assigned to a unit that has a lock on the door and the manager when back and forward with me stating that customers uses those locks.I explained to her that, I never stepped a foot on the unit side. I’m coming to her to let her know that is a lock on the door that I didn’t place there and is stopping me from accessing the unit. I told her that,I worked long hours, so I was not able to go to the unit after a month of leasing the unit because of my time schedule .No one walked me to the unit to show me where the unit was after, I signed the lease agreement. Lesson learned right there, it will never happen again even somewhere else . She when backed and forward with me to how the lock was placed on the unit. Mind you ,they gave me an access card to know my in’s and out of the establishment that she could’ve easily access and did her findings. Poor Customer Service.

EDY C | Primeras impresionesI did not even know about the facility that I ended up renting at by accident. I went to the wrong building thinking it was the one I had rented at. The supposedly “4’x6’” unit that I rented required me to stand my modest-sized couch on end to fit it inside. There’s no way that unit is six feet in either direction. The door latch does not match up with the hinged flap that is supposed to be used to lock it. I had to have someone physically wrangle the lock into place. The lock was not present inside the unit as was supposed to be the case, so I had to go ask for one, and it was just luck that I happened to get there while they were still open. I can’t believe that I’m paying $80 per month for this.
