NICOLE H | Experiencia generalI had a great experience with this storage facility, the storage units are clean ,secure, and well maintained and. The staff is friendly and helpful, and professional, and the whole process was easy and convenient. I feel confident storing my belongings here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and reliable storage space. 👌🙏
Kettelyne V | Experiencia generalI've been storing my things here for about a year now, and I can't say enough good things about this place. Recently, I picked up a large load of belongings that had been shipped cross-country and realized mid-drive that everything wasn't going to fit in my current unit. While literally still on the road, I was able to log onto their website and reserve a larger unit in minutes. By the time I arrived, it was clean and ready to go — and there was even a welcome baggie waiting for me with a lock for the unit. I've used storage facilities my whole life and have never been given a lock anywhere. Unloading was just as easy. They have flatbed carts on site, so I moved everything from my rental van to my unit by myself without much effort at all. Over the next few days, transitioning my things from my old smaller unit into the new larger one was seamless — and Alycia made the switch effortless on the backend, canceling the small unit and officially moving me to the larger one so I wasn't juggling two. The facility is new, clean, and well lit, and as a woman often moving things on my own, I genuinely feel safe here. That matters. After a year of consistently great experiences, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you!!!!
ERIKA H | Experiencia generalSo convenient for us. Well managed. Clean. Good HVAC. Just what we needed.
CAROL A | Experiencia generalSuperb storage facility!
EVE K | Experiencia generalWe needed a short term storage unit and it was perfect. Alycia was so helpful and very accommodating whenever I needed something or had a simple question. She is a terrific resource!!
Dawn B | Experiencia generalThe storage space was perfect! We used the space for two years and never had any issues. Alycia was so kind, genuine, and communicative. We would absolutely use this space again if needed and would highly recommend!
RONAI R | Experiencia generalVery professional, accommodating and helpful.
Geareese T | Experiencia generalStaff very helpful
Michael Y | Experiencia generalCorporate greed and expansion of covered individual units has made this a terrible experience for all outside renters. The site manager wasn't aware of people being evicted until we were notified by email. The outside rental people all have equipment that can't just go somewhere else due to size. Outdoor storage is a must for large trailerable boats, RVs and outdoor equipment.
Dave T | Experiencia generalAlysea was wonderful to work with.
NANCY B | Experiencia generalAfter my husband passed away last year, I had a house to sell, a move to make, contents of a business to take care of, and I knew I would need to store some things for awhile. The Budget Storage in Shillington, PA was a perfect place…..climate controlled and nearby. Alycia made the whole process so easy. Her help was just what I needed then……A+++++ Thanks !
GERALDINE L | Experiencia generalI would use this facility again if circumstances needed me to do so. And have already recommended it to friends! I appreciate the service of the staff, and willingness to accommodate my needs. During the year I no longer needed the large unit and switched to a smaller one, and had no problem doing so. That allowed me to have a lower cost, and still have security for my possessions.
JAMES W | Experiencia generalAlycia was absolutely fantastic! She helped inform me , navigate me in this process as I have never rented a unit she and was absolutely professional in all aspects. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!... Would recommend this facility to anyone as it was truly seamless! Thanks!!
Shelley k | Experiencia generalMy experience was great as a tenant, starting with the staff. The unit are very clean and easy access. The Most important form me was feel safe to go at anytime. Will rent again. Thank you
JASMINE R | Experiencia generalAlycia was very friendly. She kept the place spotless. Every time I stopped by I found her cleaning and sweeping!
John I | Experiencia generalEverything was wonderful. Highly recommend using this facility.
