I wish you prorated, especially for older seniors who are on social security to live.

Terry H | Overall ExperienceThis location is very well kept and has great customer service. I dealt with Cassie on multiple occasions. She was always very professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. I had to drive 30 minutes from my home to get to this location. There are many other choices that are closer to me. If I need to rent another storage unit, I will return to this uhaul. Thank you Cassie and everyone else at this location.

LANCE W | Overall ExperienceThe staff was friendly and helpful, however the site is utterly infested with rodents and the items I stored had their wires chewed off, ratholes in all the wooden furniture, and I found rats nests inside dressers when I withdrew what I stored. This caused me serious losses I did not expect due to U-haul's good name.

Customers were not happy with me and I lost the sales. I have been a loyal Uhaul customer for a long time. I decided to remove my items and close out my account and seek a different storage area.
