Waited at the place designated to park and receive assistance in returning the truck for 15-20mins, no one showed up. I used the online feature to return it which was successful thankfully. Drove by a few hours later and the truck was still in the same spot, I don't think anyone had touched it since.

The text message return process after hours OR PAYING A PENALTY for the additional items loaned out is not a fair process. Had I driven away, and sent the text later, I would have been screwed out of $20.00 because I wouldn't have had the photos the site asked for. In reverse, since I did all the check-in with photos, we should receive a credit. It seems reasonable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful the equipment was in ok condition although I think the breaks on trailer were not releasing when empty and again I was over charged and while they were very friendly and helpful in fixing it this seems to be like a business strategy for Uhaul to over charge then see if the customer catches it this has been my experience using many different locations and usually having to have my bill fixed for some reason
