If someone is returning equipment after hours and you complete their return just because you happen to be there, please let them know. I spent almost half an hour trying to "return" the trailer via the app. Sat around waiting for the location to open just to find out I wasted a bunch of time.

Pickup was flawless, hooked up and ready to go in minutes. Only issue was two out of the four trailer tires were around 30psi.

PATRICK REquipment reeked of a stange, very dirty on the exterior, almost empty gas tank, The wheel alignment is very off and shakes whe going around 50mph. I wish I could get some of my money back. First time unsatisfied with the service.

They literally charged us for 6 gallons of gas. So our total went from 88$ to 101$. How does using 1 gallons of gas total add up to charging us for 6 gallons of gas. And they even told us they should have charged us for more. I will never rent from uhaul again.

KURTIS SWe called ahead to see if we could return the trailer just under 4 hours later on our return date and asked if there was an additional costs in doing that. This location told us that there would be NO extra charges, yet when we returned it, they charged our card an additional $30! They need to be upfront and honest when people inquire about things. Not deceitful! We will be calling in the morning about this situation!
NINA VThey need to make sure that there is enough miles for customer to get where they are going. We were given the exact miles it was going to take to pick up and drop off. Had we needed to go off the path to eat for stop for a snack could have put us short. Lucky for me I knew a short cut to save a few miles.
AMY WEmployee identified an issue with the tow dolly lighting. Tested the connection on my vehicle to ensure it was not an issue with my vehicle. My vehicle checked out and the employee switched me to another available tow dolly. The employee marked the faulty tow dolly as unusable. Replacement tow dolly passed inspection. Employee answered all question I had regarding rental and use of tow dolly.
CHRISTOPHER BI called to make an appointment because i had tax exempt and could be applied. The entire time I was trying to talk to her she kept telling me to stop, I was giving too much info. She was also helping a customer in the store I assume because she would stop me and speak to them, which I understand, but she was rude. When I arrived for my pick up I was told sit my ID down when I tried to hand it to her. I reminded her here is my tax exempt and sat it down as she kept talking to another employee? As she was booking she asked, so you will have it back here tomorrow at the same time? I said no, on the phone I mentioned it will be 7pm but you kept cutting me off. She gave a large sigh and said "well that's going to charge you for two days!" I responded with ok. She took my picture without saying anything as I had turned to my friend to ask something. When she was going over the final I asked if it was tax exempt. She let out another huge "sigh" and said "ugh! Tax exempt? Now I have to start over!" I told her I said it on the phone and put the paper down with my ID. She then got frustrated and said she didn't see it and it didn't look like other papers. She was rude and annoyed that I was there.

LARRY FU-Haul should prorated from when a person moves out of their unit instead of keeping the money. This is just a way of cheating the customer and U-Haul getting free money!! Shame on you U-Haul! Your questions need a "Some what" or "Kind of" answer.

And nice when I arrived to pick up the trailer the lady who was behind the desk was rude and seemed impatient mind you it's 10 am I just wanted to get in and get out I told her in advance never did this before hooked trailer or rented from uhaul was not helpful asked me if i had a ball and hitch i said i dont think so guy walks outside says something to her quietly and in her ear she went and grabbed a ball and said its the cheapest they had and should work keep in kind i never asked for a cheap option granted i had no issues using trailer but still assumed i wanted the cheapest and did not give me any form assurance or ask me if I was interested in any other products the gentlemen with her was slightly rude but seemed like his mind was somewhere else I asked him to show me a couple things during the loading process he didn't he just ignored what I asked and ignored when I asked for any tips if he had any ultimately my first time being at uhaul was bad she never told me where to drop off trailer I parked under a canopy because it says "return equipment here" well she saw and kept pointing and using hand motions to move out but I was boxed in under the canopy so thankfully the nice lady behind me pulled out so I can back out I go ahead and park and look at instructions to remove trailer and she comes out of nowhere and told me I was supposed to put it back where I found it my wife was with me and did not appreciate how she was talking to me and I told her about the encounter this morning with her attitude so she started unloading the trailer where I had parked some girl started yelling a message to her so she immediately just said here its dropped just check out and go we felt completely embarrassed and insulted didn't know if we were supposed to use the app or go inside and do any paperwork or anything I asked her if she was supposed to inspect it and she said yes she does but she left so I felt uninsured because I'm a new customer going through regulations and standards without any help I just left after standing there for 5 minutes and got on the app and figured out myself I'm supposed to check in that way ultimately my first time using uhaul was very frustrating Disappointing not helpful and embarrassing with my children in my truck watching all this happen I will not recommend uhaul because of this treatment nor use again the shawnee location is horrible in customer service and really makes you feel not at home

The lady at the return center told me to go in and rerent it. When I went in, the manager was out smoking and stormed in the door, said "what do you want" hatefully, and when I told her what I needed to do, she said just tell her not to take it off the return. Then she stormed out the door toward the returned truck and yelled at that poor girl. I won't rent at this location ever again. The employees were okay, not very knowledgable, but okay.
Shelley NI had my storage unit in the climate controlled area for right at 2 years. I did not see any evidence of mouse tracks when I cleared my unit out. I was so thankful that they keep it clean. I was very happy with the service I received during that 2 year time frame. I would highly recommend this facility.

This facility is the only one I will ever use for my belongings. Diane, the manager, is awesome! I had some tough times in the 2 years I used U-Haul storage and she was more than willing to work with me and I am forever grateful for that, everything I worked so hard to rebuild was in that storage so losing it would have been devastating. It was always clean and super impressed that were NO bugs considering there were numerous storage units and sometimes they get brought in. Thank you so much Diane and staff for all you did!
