Samuel R | ReservaciónI will make my big move of things into my storage unit on 10/4. I will stop in today to check out the facilities. I’m hoping the unit is large enough to accommodate my many boxes and pieces of furniture. Am concerned that I should have a 10x30 unit, not 10x20, but I’ll know soon enough. Thank you for checking my progress. /
Carol E | ReservaciónThe check in for renting a unit from this facility was smooth, efficient, helpful, and courteous. Thank you!
DIANE T | ReservaciónHighly recommended!!!! Office team was wonderful especially Suzette! Had my unit for 5 years, never had any problems. Will definitely use them again!!! Very clean, very convenient!!
PETRINA G | Experiencia generalThe staff at this location was excellence and always had the most pleasant encounters with them. The lighting outside the location was good but not bright enough
Cindy G | Experiencia generalI would go back back to Budget again if i needed to.
Anna L | Experiencia generalStaff always very helpful and friendly. Facility is well maintained
Francis S | Experiencia generalThis was an outstanding experience. I couldn’t be happier. This was a great decision. I would most definitely rent this location again. Suzette was very pleasant and professional. She rocks!
Timothy H | Experiencia generalGreat facility and awesome staff made our stotage rental easy. However, there was a large amount of white powder, which looked like flour but was probably some sort of pesticide, sprinkled all the way around the entire inside perimeter of our unit. I have no idea what the powder was, we were not told about this prior to rental. We had to put down blankets to protect our stuff and to keep it from going airborne or getting on our shoes, and when we moved out I had to throw all the blankets away. I don’t have a problem with the rodent bait cubes placed in the corners, but the powder definitely affected our use of the unit and I'm concerned about what it was. There has to be a better way to control pests, and if not, it should be disclosed prior to rental.
Paul F | Experiencia generalGreat services and storage facility.
FELIX T | Experiencia generalSuper friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to access and easy to get to location.
Diane H | Experiencia generalThe manager is a fabulous woman thats easy to work with (provided you're not some whiner that tries to "bend " contracts or take undue advantage)
Walter M | Experiencia generalNice, clean & safe place for your stuff!
Sean J | Experiencia generalCould not be more pleased with all aspects of this facility. Suzette the manager and all other staff have been courteous and helpful.
