The way she was talking was rude and not necessary. Despite no refund for the 6 days, this person’s attitude is cause not to return nor recommend

The staff was incredibly rude and confrontational without provocation; Simple and reasonable questions would be answered with hostility and attitude. An online system would add additional convenience and closing the gate would enhance security.
