Our overall experience with U-Haul was terrible, but it was with the Alsip, IL location. Our pods were lost for approximately one week and when they found them we had to wait several days to get.

For some reason, the scheduled delivery date was posted incorrectly after the reservation was completed. I had trouble getting the delivering location to correct the delivery date as requested.
