ETOYA D | Experiencia generalI received quick, thorough service. Thank you.
Alison M | Primeras impresionesI was under the impression that the size of the storage when the truck was reserved would accommodate my load. A 5 by 5 was reserved for a 20 foot truck. I will be charged double the storage cost.
Elizabeth W | Primeras impresionesThis is the best ran U-haul I have ever used. My second year moving my daughter in and out of college. Bothe times the Sr Management and employees are super helpful and know how to do the job. Thank you for the help.
nyle r | Experiencia generalRoyaline and Arselus we're extremely disrespectful. Royaline Was yelling at me in front of customers for something that had nothing to do with her. She was pointing at me yelling at me trying to intimidate me acting like she wanted to fight. The lights were out due to some type of short in the system. I couldn't get my things out of storage so I was trying to get out but when the owner or the manager called and asked her to fix it she was very rude to me. I guess she was mad and she told me that that was the day that she lost her son 4 years ago and she also told me that was her birthday but she was yelling at me cuz I asked her. Are you okay because I haven't done anything to you. She was so rude it was unbelievable. It was really really really really truly disgusting and to see somebody act like this and then she started yelling at me in front of the customers because when we walked back in she was shaking her head and I told a lady was working with her. Please don't laugh with her. I said because you don't know the half of what she's been doing and then she started yelling at me telling me don't talk to her and I told her to mind her business and she said this is my business don't you see and she was yelling and screaming. She's busy leave her alone. She was yelling at me like I was a 2-year-old little kid. Arcellus said to me it's not my problem. The lights out. I'm not an electrician. Figure it out. This place is just ghetto ghetto ghetto. Georgia was nice but when I asked her the name of the girl who was being rude to me she told me a lie and told me Tamika. I didn't like that because she shouldn't cover for people but she was very professional and so was Rebecca and so was Katrina. Katrina is a gem!
REGINA M | Experiencia generalThe storage seems smaller than expected
KISHAWNA R | Mudanza en líneaNayeli was a dream to work with. She was as extremely welcoming and helpful when I came in to close out my storage unit. The other lady in the office was welcoming and helpful as well. Great team!
Tiffany W | Experiencia generalOnly issue we had was the size we had reserved was no longer available when we came in.
Claudia P | Primeras impresionesStaff went above and beyond. Thanks you 😘
JANTHEA J | Experiencia generalMy unit is the first one when I walk inside & that’s very convenient for me! The free lock (of really good quality/both safe & secure) was also a very nice surprise!
