Hands down the slowest service I've ever received. At one point, 5 people standing in line with 1 associate who was excruciatingly slow.

There needs to be extra people working the front desk for rentals. I had a reservation for 12pm and because of one customers hold up and only 1 person there I didnt get my rental until 1pm she was kind enough to extend the rental time an extra 45 minutes but that put them at closing time. The morning person was kind and courteous and very helpful she just seemed overwhelmed with everything going on. The person who was there at night was not helpful I was told if I get it there by 7pm then I could pay cash I got there at 650 and when asked to pay cash he told me its kind of too late for that then just checked the truck in and walked away. He seemed very lazy when it comes to customer service. I also watched the person who showed at the door while I was pulling in be denied service because the person working that night had the door locked already.
The cost to do a one way trip was crazy expensive.

The truck was getting pretty old and was clean but dingy and some disrepair on the interior. It was out of alignment, the driver door was hard to close, and the oil change needed message was displayed. The location was great with fast service.
Have more than one person working this is an extremely busy location
My truck said needs oil change and it felt out of alignment but it was clean.
It wasn't terrible but our confirmation email stated return time was 5:30. We worked hard to meet that deadline after moving all day etc. and had a commitment to my elderly mother that we needed to get to. When we arrived at Uhaul, we were told that they had closed and we had to go through an online return which included taking and uploading pictures etc. which took time we didn't have. This took place before the 5:30 deadline. Both workers were there and just hanging around but refused to work. In fact we saw the woman (Vicki) leaving AFTER we had finished the entire online fiasco. It seems unnecessary to just sit in your building and wait for closing time (which was clearly later than 5:30 as I saw her leaving) and not help your paying customers.
1. People taking the reservation have to get the information correct. No room for error. The gentleman who took mine made an error in my last name and it was stressful and time consuming to figure it out, correct it, and follow my reservation. The last thing I needed in the middle of a big project and totally unnecessary. 2. Tyler at this location was great. He called me back the morning of the pickup when he saw a missed call from me. At this point I still was not entirely sure that they had a trailer or where it was (no phone call by 6 o'clock as promised but I can't recall a rental from U Haul where someone actually called us), and I did not want to check out of the hotel until that was confirmed which he was able to do. When I arrived for pickup he was pleasant, efficient, accurate in a very busy environment. Emphasize accuracy. Better communication on where the equipment is.
The truck was to have a dolly and blankets. It had neither. My contract had included charges for both at my request. Upon my return, I was told that they could not refund the charges. But they did reduce the charge per mile which was a fair response in my opinion. So while I did have some early frustration with the lack of a dolly and blankets which I ordered, it was made up for in the end at least the financial side of it. So I came away reasonably satisfied. Also the truck worked well. I had no problems with it at all. I was pleased with it.

The check in process is a disaster!
It was a little slow on the return only 2 associates working and several people waiting.
The wait to get the trailer was around an hour, as there was only 1 attendant at the counter to service everyone. The attendant did a good job, they were just overwhelmed by the amount of customers. Could have used another attendant to help with issuing equipment.
All three employees I interacted with were competent, helpful, and friendly!

Was there at 7:00 am . Your attendant was already there !!!!! Hooked up trailer / completed paperwork, went over safety , checked lights . Was on my way . No problems with trailer , loved loved your equipment!!!!!!!!this is the second time using your trailer !!! Everything went well ! Thank you and your staff .
