JUAN SMy truck had a major exhaust leak. I called the roadside service did the chat nobody helped. I had to drive in cold weather with the windows cracked so I wouldn't get sick from the exhaust fumes.

KARL SI am a several-time-return-customer to this specific location. Great customer service every time!! I was running late. But he took the time to furnish me my vehicle and was very friendly! Good customer service is hard to find. Thank You for always providing great service with a smile!
PAMELA AI was a customer for approximately 2 years before falling on some really hard times. The Mgr was working with me so I wouldn't lose everything I owned by waiving the late fees as I was making my payments but due to being on Social Security disability and being a veteran my monthly income was extremely tight as I received my SSI at the beginning of the month and my veterans benefits later in the month. Then he said he could no longer help me which then made it impossible to pay due to ridiculous late fees. To make a long story short now they have SOLD my entire life's keep sake and everything I owned supposedly for $207 which was a slap in the face as I had a 2-year-old couch and recliner that I paid almost $2000 for not to mention the rest of my belongings then had the nerve to try and send me a bill for almost $1000 saying I still owed that after losing everything. I'm still homeless living in an extended stay hotel which cost me more than 3/4 of my total income leaving me with barely enough money to be able to eat at least once a day. Unfortunately, these storage places are known for this type of crap knowing that if something happens they can sell everything you own. I lost all of my wife's belongings which I lost to cancer on June 17th, 2013 which can never be replaced. With all that said the price they charge for a tiny 10' X 10' space is extremely expensive. All I can say is buyer Beware these places could care less about you or your belongings no matter how hard you try to keep up with the payments whereas if they didn't charge huge late fees I would still have my stuff today.

ROBERT WI was told when I returned the truck that a bill will be emailed to me. I asked for the total then and received a blank steer. I waited about 15 minutes and then left. When I called the next day to discuss my bill. The associate said that his mgr. would call me in the morning which I thought was not right. The manager, on his day off, called me to explain my bill In depth. Overall the customer service was outstanding. Smiling professional well trained employees. This U-Haul rental location far exceeded my previous experience at Ace hardware.

JULIO RLocation wasn't open. No one answered the phone. I had to call Uhaul 800 number, then wait 20 min only to find I had to download the app. Then wait 30 min for tech help to get a lock box code for the key. Only to find the lock box wasn't locked. No supplies, no one to help, no call back. So this put me an hour behind on loading. Customer service at this location is a big fat zero. If you are renting a truck, don't let anyone steer you to this location.

JAMES GThe car dolly had straps tha were worn had to spray all the dolly with PB blaster to free stuck equipment.The straps broke as I was driving had to stop an put my own straps on good thing I had put safety chains on or car would have been in a ditch..Took most of my day to do a 2 hour job . Upon return no one seemed to want to unhook the dolly waited almost 20 minutes they were not concered with me and how it went U-haul needs to train employees in SAFTY and not to allow a person to take something that could of caused a major accident and how to talk and treat the customer as of right now I will not rent anything from your company and will advise my friends and family to do the it was a terrible experience wasted my whole day an endangered my and my belongings never again .The location on hwy 30 at Pine Island needs some major changes and improvements worst every

SCOTT TUhaul maintained my storage unit for 3 years and I never had a problem. The unit was secured, staff is very pleasant, and they worked with me if I asked any questions to find great resources and information when I moved out. Great place overall and I will definitely rent with them again.

And went I removed my items before months storage ended. No prorated bill. Had to pay for entire bill even tho I removed and closed account before the 30days . This company picks and chose who they want to charge and how to charge, based on their color. I totally don't recommend Public Storage in Griffith, Indiana. They are the worse ever

MARY A | First ImpressionsI was not given a lock even though I purchased one. I had no idea how this worked. I assumed the lock would be put on. I had no idea it was a key lock and I did not know. 2. The key pads should be better marked. Being stressed and in a panic, also this being my 1st time, I don't know how those gates operate. 3. The check out was hard for my phone. I did GPS location at least 4 times as well as the place have security cameras and i think I was charged a late fee or something. My photo of dashboard failed to save 4 time when using my phone. The check took half an hour. Those things should have been stated upfront. I'm already at a panic because eof not receiving my lock and then the keypad and then the app checkout. I really felt like my experience was a 1. I wish that day never happened.. The guy in the building was nice and helpful though. I just wish I had know more about the lock situation and to look for it when I left the building.

During conversations with my reservation with team members, no one calls this to attention or confirms this is actually what you want, and simply assume you know that the system did that. While the staff was helpful in finding a solution, they made it seem like this is a VERY common occurrence, yet U-Haul hasn't fixed the underlying problem.

Robert P | Overall ExperienceMy overall experience was a good one. Everything worked out. I moved out on April 23 and moved in on May 1. The only thing that can suggest is that your man at the Pine Island facility needs some help. He does a fantastic job and is a good man. You need to take care of him or you will lose him. For one man working by himself, he did an outstanding job. I do not remember his name, but he went far and above his job duties. You are very fortunate to have such a hard worker. The other facilities that I used were sufficiently manned and womanned and everyone was courteous helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience with U-Haul was a good one. P.S.- You need to clarify to people up front that that service that you use to provide helping hands for the move is not very reliable and not a true picture of your business. None of the "help" that I tried to employ showed up and one did not even answer my phone calls. Despite this, I would use U-Haul again, but not the man power help service. I would give them a poor review.

The employees constantly leave the gate open at this facility. When I questioned a day where I felt my car had been tampered with they refused to review the footage. I was told that I had to file a police report and that only a police officer could view the footage. Why would I file a report without seeing if there was an issue? If I'm paying for security but not receiving security, isn't that a breach of contract? If this facility is a reflection of your other facilities, I feel sorry for your customers that are being swindled.
