The van rental mobile check-in experience was horrible. The app would not allow me to check in at all, and had to go inside. It kept telling me to call for assistance. The rental reservation receipt and website both stated a major credit card or debit card with major brand was needed for the rental. When I presented my debit card I was told we needed a credit card, which we didn’t have. Had to bring in my son and use his card and add him to the reservation. Then with the storage unit, we had purchased our own lock but was told we had to have a round lock so had to purchase that from you as well. Finally, we had requested a furniture dolly on the move-in reservation and we were told all they had was an appliance dolly. Despite these issues Clerk Jesse G was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist. He explained everything very well and took good care of us.

Anthony C | First ImpressionsEverything went well. However, I do have one complaint. The parking available for people accessing their lockers is very poor. There are only a few spaces and two of those have a pronounced slant downwards making loading and unloading difficult. Thank you.
