Be rented unit B01 online and went to the facility to take a look. The unit had a red keyed lock on it. We called to learn the attendant did not have a scheduled return date but were assured the lock would be removed when we returned from Colorado with a truck load. Upon arrival on Sept 26, the gate code did not work, and the red lock was still on the unit. We called and were assigned un E09. There was a thick layer of soil on the floor, and black widows and cockroaches were occupying the unit, which required us to get a pesticide and spray the unit while our truck and labor stood by outside awaiting the opportunity to unload a 26' truck. The phone operators were great; the local management was a void. The cash flow must be huge, Please hire some qualified staff. , [redacted]

I had misunderstood that I needed to provide all my information ahead of time (I mistakenly thought I could do that on site), and the representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and gracious in completing the needed paperwork for me over the phone. The facility is clean and my unit was easy to find and spotless. Five stars!

For these questions: Were the office and facility ACCESS hours Convenient? NO, the office was not easily accessible as no one was there on any visit. We had to deal by phone. However, the facility access hours were indeed convenient so that is YES. Was the staff friendly and helpful? The same applies - no one was on-site, so that would be a 'NO', but the phone support was very helpful, so that is a 'YES'.

When I closed the first unit, I had to remind them many times as they still charged me well after being told it was cleaned out long before the first. Then I closed the second unit. I gave them 5 days notice before I was to be charged and they still charged me. Knowing they often "forget" to stop charging tenants, l immediately emailed them again to remind them l'd let them know yet again in advance that l'd closed a unit and wasn't to be charged. They refuse to credit me back the $399 they stole from me and will not answer the phone, or return any calls or emails. My husband went in person after 2 weeks and they agreed to credit back the account only to not follow through and continuously dodge calls, texts and emails. Bad business. Also, there's a staggering, increasing level of people living there in their storage units. There was one guy living directly across from my unit who is a convicted killer. It is very unsafe for families to go at anytime to get our own belongings.

After numerous attempts, they would then ensue it was my fault. I offered to show up to the building to resolve this issue and it felt like that was a hassle for them because they did not want to meet up. This was my personal experience, and I did feel that the facility was great my stuff was never stolen and it was easy enough to access. I just wish they had better staffing
