Edgar I | Online Move InI asked for 8 weeks straight to get the lights fixed in the hallway right above my storage and they purposely choose to change lights of people who didn't even pay rent than to change mines. The excuse by the manager (white male with Grey bear) told me he had some and he would do it and had some on order. I asked in person 7 times and over the phone 4. Was not done until I made the manager come put them up so I could see inside my storage unit. When people who don't make their rent have the privilege of having lights why should I be even paying my rent then?

They were kind and helpful as I was moving out especially after a leak in the roof which affected some of my belongings in one of the 2 units I had been renting. That happened earlier this year out late last year. I would rent from this location again.
