My first contact was Nick, he was helpful. Upon arrival that afternoon owner was helpful.The unit choice limited and my new unit was far from the door. Movers count steps and it was $1.00 per step, that was unfortunate. But the Semi-trailer had zero issues backing up to the access doors. The 11 steps up to the unit were not too challenging but for movers (&my bad knees) it can be an issue. 👍🏼 However, the woman, who had taken some time to show me another closer but larger unit, as she was tidying up another two units that woman was absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember her name. I’m looking forward to not having to worry about the unit or the security.

Walked in got awesomely welcomed by everyone, and Nick offered to get my boat rowing I roar through the.next day David and Ty sail me thru massive waves the next day called Alaska stirs me into Amanda genes arms because I moved into a bigger unit without permission as I could not access my newly assigned unit Alaska sent me to a kind knowledgeable awesome person who did her job and very well as i smoothly sailed into an open door! This location has never let me down they do what very little people know how to do be humane with true compassion pricy but I would go anywhere else thank you with all our hearts Mahalo the RO’s

OROZBEK K. | Overall ExperienceOnly rented storage for a month. Told lady assisting me as much. She said that’s fine and only added my debit card and said it would close out. Checked out before my month was up and then I received lien notices about paying for the next month. Took hours to get a hold of someone- finally had to go down to talk to someone. Was finally resolved. But so so so inconvenient.
