Have Better Customer Service. I Had a 6x12 Trailer Drain My Battery And I Had To Pay $100 Out of Pocket To Have A Wrecker Service Come Give Me A Jump In The Middle Of The Night On A Dark, Isolated Road Off The Interstate. As I Was Returning The Trailer At The Pueblo Colorado Location; I Was Lied To And Disrespected Beyond Belief. They Wanted Me To Drive To Colorado Springs To Empty The Trailer; Even Though I Had A Reservation And Their Was A Vacancy. I Had To Call Five Times To Customer Service And Explain My Situation. Finally Someone Listened To Me And Called The Pueblo Location. Nit Only Did I Have To Carry The Concrete Block Myself; I Had To Carry It Out To The Street. Also I Had To Disconnect And Reconnect The Trailer Myself And Leave The Property. I Called One Last Time Before I Was Told There Was A 10x15 x7 Available. I Had To Return For The Third Time In One Day Before I Could Unload It. Not Only That The Employees Disrespected Me As A Disables American. One Female Employee Walked Away From Me As I Was Speaking To Her. She Left Me Standing In The Store Aline For 10 Minutes Before I Had To Leave Because I Was In So Much Pain. After Returning Back To The Location; Another Employee(male) Got Frustrated Because He Had To Move The Trailer; Which He Expected Me To Pick It Up And Move It Myself. The Only One Who Respected Me Was The Manager Josh. He Actually Understood My Frustration And The Fact I Had Been Driving For Over A Week From Utah To Pueblo Then Back To Utah For Another Trailer And Back To Pueblo. Not Only That I Drove Yo Texas To Get A Break From Driving Then Drove 24 Hrs Straight Back To Utah For My Final Load. I Was Not Satisfied With Your Service At All. I Feel I Should At Least Be Reimbursed For The $100 I Had To Pay Out Of My Social Security And Disability Check So I Could Continue In My Travels To Reach My Destination In Pueblo. Thanks To Josh; The Manager For Being Kind, Considerate, And Compassionate And Getting My Needs Met.

The location is great. The employees try very hard. They are helpful. Uhaul find your truck on your own system is terrible. It is so bad. It defeats the purpose of not having to get in line because you have to get in line anyway. No one knew how to do it.

The gentleman who helped me on both ends were so nice at hookup my trainer and making sure I new how also. Dropping off I was able to drive it throw so I didn't have to back it up. I'm not good at that part.

Please, for the love of all that is holy, get rid of the pads and the dolly in the entrance of the van. It's bad enough that you don't subtract the wheel wells from the interior dimensions of the vans. But, when I have to figure out exactly what I can and cannot fit through the van's opening, I also have to guess how much space is taken up by these horrible items. It's an insult and a slap in the face, honestly. At the very least, PLEASE give us the option of removing them when we pick up the vehicle.

I rented the truck for a couple of hours and only drove the truck 23 miles. They charged my credit card a $178 for Fuel ($30 for refuel charge and $148.xx in fuel. Note the truck was refueled before return.

I called the central number looking for a 5x9 trailer with a high ramp and a motorcycle chock .I was told there were none available in the Salt Lake area. I didn’t believe this and went directly to the Uhaul on State and 3900;S. They had THREE of them. This is not the first time I got innacurate info from the central number operator.. I prefer to deal with individual Uhaul sites.

The wait was unbearable. The line was so long. I waited 45 minutes. They needed more help. They always do. The help is very nice, it is not their fault. It is the fault of the manager. I would recommend this location because of the employees. I would warn them the wait is almost an hour.

The customer service agents in the location saved this rental. I waited over 25 minutes picking up the truck. The online pick up system got stuck. The service agent had to get me taken care of. Very disappointed with the online pick up. I will not use that system again. I was very close to canceling the reservation and taking my business to another company.

No one told us there was an app that you had to download to check your truck back in. I was charged $21.49 for what? We stopped at the gas station across the street and filled up the tank but was charged $13.00 for gas. Dishonesty to make a dollar leads to failure of a company.

Please make sure your trucks are actually clean before you send them out. I tried to drop it off in the same condition as it was given to me but the clerk at the other location yelled at me for there being dirt in the passenger side of the cab. No one ever sat in the passenger side while I had it, so it definitely didn't come from me. Also, I never got a text telling me to verify the condition of the truck online, and that caused a lot of problems with the drop-off location. Please confirm with the customer to be sure they did indeed get this text.

This was the fourth location I had to reach out to in order to get taken care off. The first and closest location didn't have trailers. The second location and next closest location didn't have what I needed. And by the time I was trying to get to the third location in traffic having already wasted too much time, the third location refused to help me even though I would make it to their place before they closed. This fourth and last location went above and beyond to help me. They did a great job. I just wish all locations were as good and helpful as them.

Paid for entry anytime and was locked out several times and that cause me lots of problems in time and money and making others o double work.

The facility was great but calling the uhaul number took a long time, I was on hold at least 30 minutes. Once I had the order number the online site was helpful but waiting on hold was frustrating
