We did an online reservation and it was bit frustrating to make sure you did not add something you did not want. We had one change to make when we arrived to pick up the trailer at the location. You should have a question about Uhaul corporate. Because it sucks. My reservation was a cluster and no one reached out to me. And the hold time for assistance was over 30 min. Then I was called by the local branch and told my truck was overdue (it wasn't). And I couldn't reach anybody because of hold times to resolve it. HORRIBLE experience with Uhaul corporate.Monica B.

The person who was making sure that all lights were working said our fuses were bad. We spent 1.5 hours getting a fuse that we didn't need to buy because the guy didn't make sure everything was plugged in properly. This made my friend late for work.KIMBERLY J.

They gave me absolutely NO help in securing my truck to the heavy car trailer. I have never done this before and they knew that. Old grouchy man running the counter was pissed off, apparently, because I accidentally locked truck keys in cab of truck and he had to cu met a spare key. This was after I spent 8 hrs of packing and loading the truck by the way, then returned to the yard to hookup the trailer and load my truck for the first leg of a 2 day drive to Arizona from that U haul dealer. Good thing nothing happened to me or my truck or I or my attorney would own that dealership.....myles M.
The app is a crap. You guys made me go home to pick up a document and didn't even told me that I was supposed to have my passport with me. It's funny because I even did the check in to save my time and had no information about it. So please, tell people about this before asking about pictures of documents and etc.Gabriel G.

Not a good experience. Picked it up and returned it after hours the same day and tried to do the after hours return but couldn't figure it out, tried to call the help line and they never answered. Then they tried to charge me for 3 days . And called the store and spent over an on the phone with them and the store manager sent me an email saying they would refund me 2of the 3 days. Oh and did I mention that they had flagged my name because they said 10 years ago I owed them $63.53 for an unpaid rental that my drivers license was linked with. So I paid it because I needed the truck to move and no other places where open to rent from, mind you I had rented several times since 2011. As late as last year. And had no mention of the bill before. I don't know if I will use them ever again because if this horrible experience and the poor customer care I received.Samuel D.

The cab of the truck I rented was a little dirty and there were spills on the inside of the driver's side door. You could see and feel where someone had spilled their drink.SUSAN H.

I was told I was caught up on payments with u guys on the 25th A woman calls me from the store on the 27th and says that 'I better fucking bring the truck back because it's been reported stolen. Then the manager gets on the phone, tells me he is tired of trying to get a hold of me. He called a few times, I didnt answer. Came up as spam. Rejected the call. He goes onto say that' you cant just pay when u get the money', insinuating that I didnt have the funds to pay. My card doesnt have a limit! It's a business card guys. Keep in mind the last time I talked with them, I changed my card information and they said they would bill it, if I didnt show up to return the truck. This conversation happened on the 25th. I rented it for almost a month at this time. They kept trying to bill the wrong card. So instead of being accountable, they just made it where he wont do business with me at his location. Making me look like the bad guy. Anyway, it was all around bad experience with customer service but the truck was new.Lincoln W.

This company is the worst company and I will never use them again. The truck was clean when I got it and I returned it with no problems. My hill however from renting it from 3/17 to 3/25 was over $1,000! I will never ever give them my business again. The mikes I started with was 125696.0 and the mileage I left them with was 126101.0. I traveled to vernal and back and considering I'm a single mother with two kids I wasn't able to unload the truck til my sitter was available so they charged me daily for the truck sitting there. They charged me $400 alone for the mileage. They well made their money!! I hope nobody else uses this company cause they will rip you offNicole V.
