Denise M | First ImpressionsWe were storage unit customers here for 18 months. The facility is convenient, clean and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful and the manager is very professional. I highly recommend the inside storage units especially.
Cody W | Overall ExperienceSome financial issues came up for me to be able to keep the unit. However, Mostly all that was rated for the storage unit was fine except for the storage unit itself. It was a little smaller than expected and I wasn't sure if all my items for the unit had the ability to all fit in it and there was this step that was inside my unit that also would have gotten in the way of my storing items in it. Otherwise everything else for the unit was fine and seemed very secure. Was inquiring about my security insurance deposit. Still waiting for that response. However, I Definitely will consider and recommend using U-haul again.

Interaction with Kristi and Sandy (Climate Control personnel) were way beyond expectations. After 15 months of daily (when we were there) contact I will miss them. Please pass our appreciation to all UHaul members at the Saint Joseph location for "JOBS WELL DONE."
