Was supposed to have after hours access on 2 different nights and was locked out both times. 1st night the 24 hr attendant couldn't get a manager to answer phone, 2nd night the 24 hr attendant wouldn't answer the phone. Both nights we had ppl that we paid there to move stuff. I lost over 300.00 plus what it cost me in gas in the u haul truck driving it across town twice. I was told lie after lie when I called the following morning to ask why I was locked out. Very unprofessional. Full of excuses. I'll never use U haul again for anything. And I plan on telling anyone I know who's moving not to use U haul. We was given a truck that was unsafe to drive and then couldn't unload our things into the storage shed. And every person I talked to acted like I was bothering them or I did something wrong. I can't believe a company as big as U haul would have so many unprofessional ppl working for them.

DENISE M | Experiencia generalI rented a truck from Uhaul on top of renting a storage unit. My entire interaction with Uhaul has been a complete nitemare. The truck ran horrible and wasn't safe. And I was supposed to have 24 access to my storage unit only to be locked out when I arrived. The agent I called tried calling multiple managers to receive access and not 1 of them answered the phone. I will be be filing a formal complaint and will never use Uhaul again or recommend Uhaul to a nyone.
