In the beginning (when trying to secure business) the staff, manager Teresa was very informative and nice. Toward the end, and/or when trying to secure a different space, I was told corporate held spaces, nor would they communicate timely, which cost me an additional $39.95 (month storage)by being a day outside of the grace period and there was no pro rate as per one of the representatives. When trying to rent a trailer, another representative was pushing a lot of buttons and not communicating what was being done, states that my information is not in the system (sounds fraudulent and indicative of mischievous activities). You're in a customer service roll, you deal with customers, you have to talk to people, have them understand what you're doing... You are the face of uHaul. Thus far, unsatisfactory performance all the way around. Disappointed!
