The staff Logan, Kimwetty and others here gave me great customer service. Robert the manager helped me with the hard process of getting my things out of my unit. He is an excellent manager. Thank you for making things easy to move my things in and out of my unit.

Elizabeth C | First ImpressionsStaff shouldn’t be providing or confirming information to anyone over the phone about a currently leased storage unit without consent or permission from the authorized user. The female staff member was rude and aggressive when corrected. I would not recommend this facility. The units are poorly designed and in a horrible area, no elevator, no ramp, just stairs. EXTREMELY overpriced and dirty.
