Mention in the U-Haul app the track may not be available until your "Actual" pickup time. I tried to pickup a few mins early and the APP told me the truck was not available at that site. (Which was too broad) a few mins later after my pickup it automatically updated with the truck location and was ready with no issues)

There's too much to mention, this location is EXTREMELY poor. I had spoken with rep over the phone TWICE & confirmed my payment options but upon arrival was told I'd been misinformed about "company policy". The associate then took over 20min JUST to run my credit card & tried over charging me by $40 when he couldnt figure it out. This location was a major inconvenience & should be corrected.

The people working at this location are totally awesome and very customer orientated to serve the customer. I have been into the store on State Ave and they have been awesome. They jump right in to helping the customer get the boxes to the vehicle and with a smile always It's always a pleasure to work with them.

Trucks are priced too higher for the miles you use I used 70 miles at 0.69 that’s really high for miles you could do that in a car I think they shouldn’t charge you for miles just for the truck rental people are trying to move not use all of there money on a truck rental and the gallons of gas they say put back are not right so they try and charge $4.00 a gal I rather Rent a truck from enterprise and fill it back up at least I don’t have to worry about miles being charged to my card I wasn’t charged what she told me it would be it was different I rented from y’all and the past and spend a lot of money but it not worth it anymore thank you for knowing how to treat your valued customers you could offer a free month on storage who is going uhaul to uhaul for a free month y’all could do better for your customers but just my opinion...??

The computer wasn’t working so it took a long time to checkout. Also, the 4 foot wide trailer isn’t 4 feet. You can’t load a 4x8 piece of plywood into it.

The truck: the first truck we were going to be given had a nail in the front tire that I noticed when we did the initial walk around. We were given a replacement truck. Ok. Then, twice during our load and unload the rear door went up too far and got stuck open. The last time was inside their building. Since the back door of the truck was stuck open we left it inside the dock. The next day my credit card was charged $24.22. When I called to verify what the charge was for, the manager was not available and he has yet to return my call. Over all, our move should have taken 3-4 hours ended up taking 9 hours with a lot unnecessary stress. HAVE AN AFTER HOURS site manager's NUMBER THAT IS ANSWERED. In the middle of unloading our truck our access card to the storage unit door stopped working. We called the after hours number on the sign and left multiple massages which were not returned. We contacted the 800 number , who also tried to reach the manager of the site. The reps were sympathetic and did what they could but this was an issue we needed someone local to help. After an hour of speaking with several reps we reached one who contacted tech support and was able to get the card reset so we could finish our move-in. The other reps tried to help kept telling us to call the police, but the police would not be able to get us into the storage unit area which left us shaking our heads. Our feeling was that the site manager or someone local could of been of more help with our issue.

The lady from Shawnee who saved us money was the best person I have ever worked with at UHaul when it came to a rental . We were upset because Friday we received an alert saying Olathe didn't have our truck and we had to go way farther. I'm glad it sent us to this location because this staff was awesome . We'll always go back to this location in person. Your online platform stinks

I was a bit unsure of where to leave my rental trailer after hours. I've returned rental trucks before, and that's usually pretty clear, but I wasn't sure if the trailer should go in that same drop off area or not so I left it back with the other trailers where I originally picked it up. Otherwise the after-hours drop off option was a great feature!

Getting the vehicle was a long wait. Long line and only 1 person at counter. Dropping off was excellent. Guy came right up to vehicle and receipt was emailed , so I didn't have to go inside
