Alot of MY STUFF HAS BEEN STOLEN OUT OF MY STORAGE GLASS EVERYWHERE IM VERY UPSET I TOLD THE MANAGER AMD NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
SABRITIA E | Overall ExperienceConsidering there is minimal lighting in the storage areas and the climate controlled units are broken, and the staff can't be bothered to correct this issue... no, I would not recommend this facility.
Daniel D | Overall ExperienceI couldn't fit my couch in the elevator and I know leaving it under the staircase with permission was risky, but what I don't understand is I asked re: video which I was tokd there is surveilance, but they would not look for it, which made me think my couch was stolen by uhaul staff.

angel c | Overall ExperienceFor the 10 days that I had my storage unit the temperature was at least 100° inside the storage facility and hotter within my individual storage unit. I complained to the manager several times and received the same noncommittal response that they were trying to get somebody out to fix it. I paid for a storage facility that had climate control and did not receive it. I asked for a refund and I have not received one. For that reason, I will be contesting the payment that I made on my credit card in order to try and retrieve my rent.

Donald R | Overall ExperienceWe drive up with our moving truck and the gate code won’t work. I called the number and no answer. When we meet the person on site she told us that we would need to find it for ourselves and then she said a gate is on the other side of the property. Not very easy to find when you’re inside the facility. No labels on how to find it and the buildings are not very clear as the labels. The unit is a 10x10 but it would have helped if there was a map or proper direction and the door is not a roll up. The roll up would have helped a lot and the truck was a mess when I picked it up!
