I was told to use the. 24/7 and use my phone to check in and I did not get any service for 15 min to check me in. Luckily the place I was picking up from was open and the one person there helped me.

I reserved online and couldn't access my account. I went into the office and I'm glad I did because the information they had was incorrect when I talked to the 800 number. The service person in the office made my experience better

The truck share app was not working properly. My reservation was was recorded inaccurate. My confirmation said one thing and on the app it said something different witch caused a huge delay in picking up my truck.

My only comment was that I reserved a pick up at one location w return to a 2nd. ( Both local). I received an "update confirmation" that indicated pickup at the same location as the return, which was not a problem, but the update left confusion. It was not clear that the pick up location no longer had the trailer I requested, and it looked like I now had 2 reservations, which required me to call Uhaul and unravel the confusion. The "Updates" should be more clear about the change.

Owner / manager informed us of incorrect gas tank size. When truck returned we ended up putting in too.much gas simply as we were told wrong tank size. We not only over paid because of way mileage is calculated we also over paid giving them free gas.

Don’t double book the same truck. Have dolly’s and pads in back of the truck when picking up before location opens so you don’t need to wait an hour.

I intended to check in with my phone but had trouble navigating the site. The employees inside were very helpful and checked me in with no problems. I had prompt, friendly service upon returning the truck. I will be renting from this location next month for an out of state move.

Trailer was filthy with what appeared to be concrete dust/mix inside and out. Trailer hauled very well and was mechanically sound and provided a rock solid tow.

The problem is with the reservation communication -was told I would get a call when the hauler was available, but did not. Reservation got cancelled instead. The reservation specialist did not have access to the equipment availability info. This is a structural problem! Uhaul needs to locate equipment first, then reserve and take payment.

Quick and simple: - I had to rate this as a 5 because your questionnaire does not ask specifically for customer care and in THAT area, the employees are GREAT (especially one named Amado)! - UHaul is terribly understaffed for all the areas it services at one store (truck & storage rental/return, propane sale, and in-store item purchases) with 1 or 2 employees working them all - as the lines grow. - Here's what happened to me today: I was 4th in line and it took the young lady behind the counter 30 minutes to finish with customer #1. Customer #2 was returning a truck, and customer #3 only wanted to buy a box. #3 had to wait all that time to purchase one box. - Counter service has to go outside to check in returned trucks and pump propane; which leaves your customers standing around looking at each other because our business is inside the store....... - UHaul should really improve these internal processes; it's very irritating and is not the best use of your client's and employee's time. Thank you for allowing me to give my opinion!

After we dropped off the truck the morning of the third before the store opened, we believed that all went well. We had been charged around $65 in advance and we believed we would be getting a small refund. Almost 2 weeks after this, this location is now trying to charge our credit card almost $92. After many, many calls to try and figure out what was going on, we finally found out that this location believes that we still owe them money. We do not. After receiving the receipt, we found out we were being scammed. The mileage was a lie, we were paying for insurance that we did not want or ask for and we were paying for an extra day. All are wrong. U-Haul customer service could not and would not help us resolve all this. We were told to call the location. We did, we kept getting transfered to customer service and the location would not talk to us. This location needs to do the following: Stop charging our credit card Delete the insurance Delete the extra day Put the mileage where it should be, around 25 miles or so. After all this, we expect a refund of some sort. If this isn't done right away, we will take this situation to the state and federal authorities. Also, this card is currently turned off and as soon as the $45 charge is disputed, the card will be canceled. U-Haul will not get a dime from us and will not win this scam.

Well if I request 24 hours for a rental regardless if its a truck or trailer, I expect to pay only for 24 hours, not to be charged for anything more. The store is always short staffed, and employees hardly recognize your there. I don't expect to have the workers all over me and too much in my business, however, I would like to be acknowledged that I'm there. A simple "Hi, I'll be right with you" always goes a long way. Other than those few things, this location is always my go to spot for my truck and trailer needs.

I used the rental for 25 miles and I put almost 2 gallons of gas in before I turned it in. I was then billed for 2.5 gallons of gas after I left. Besides the fact that I put in gas,how does 2.5 gallons of gas justify 25 miles, it doesn't.

The only thing I had concern about was when I first moved into the unit, it was strong with the smell of weed. I worried that people were either growing there or transporting which attracts rodents.
