I don’t know his name long wavy hair been there about 4 months but he was so kind so helpful. Really good at doing his job and efficient as well. Give him a raise!!

Richard is the best general manager the facility has had thus far and has made a lot of improvements to the place. Overall the whole staff is friendly and courteous which is rare and appreciated. HAATEF P | Overall ExperienceNice to see access to plenty of carts. Staff was excellent! While I was being shown units there was one portion of facility that had an significant change in temperature. It was cold.

SARAN R | Overall ExperienceI would like to add that there were far too many people hanging out at the storage that didn't seem to have a storage unit and that it didn't feel too safe, especially since the sliding doors were open to anyone that walked in the center the passed few months and in the evening. I cannot say if the people were homeless and or if they did have units rented there but it just seemed to be that way so I apologize if they are paying customers. The hallway with the bathrooms on the Eastern side started to have a urine smell in the hallway. Other than those things, everything was great! Thank you for everything.

I was given an extra month free as compensation. Then just before I moved out someone decided to, without my authorization, to set my account to auto-pay! Decidedly NOT cool. Facility and staff were good otherwise.

It was insulting, I spent so much money bringing my belongings from Texas and storing them. The insurance company was rude and unprofessional telling me there’s nothing more they’re going to do. I have friends moving out because of my experience.
jennifer t | Overall ExperienceAlways clean, well lit, cool inside when it’s 100 degrees outside! Staff is very friendly and efficient!! The reason we moved out is because our apartment complex now offers storage for each resident, so the convenience was what we went for !!
JUDI S | Overall ExperienceStaff were friendly, storage was decent price for the space. That’s the only two positive things. Other than that is trashy, the donation corner was a HORRIBLE idea. Homeless and tweakers all over the place. Some even live in the units it was an uncomfortable place to be at with your family and kids. It’s not fair feeling fearful when there’s people next to the door waiting for you to go in so they can run in quickly before the door closes. We should have not be put in those kind of situations. There was trash all over the entry and outside. People park there and are living out of their cars. No security and no after hours assistance. I called and texted numerous times during some issues and not ONCE did my call get answered or texted replied. We’ll never store our things here again and will be reviewing this on Google and any other platforms to warn people of this unsafe place to be. There needs to be major improvements and remodeling. I would suggest a new manager that takes pride in their work and has the character to fix this place. Ownership is only worried about making money, which there’s nothing wrong with that but they need someone running this place before this place runs it to the ground because that’s where it’s heading. It’s gotten worse every month.
