Your staff did not help us in anyway. I took a picture of the odometer and did he whole phone thing for pictures etc. When I returned the truck they said I had gone 103 miles. When I had only gone 30 miles. They said we took the picture of the wrong thing and took a picture of the Trip miles. I had to pay 40$ more for it and I had just put 16 dollars worth of gas in. And again, no one in your office would help us. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.BRIAN S.

The only redeeming quality they have is the manager onsite. She is nice. And willing to strive to do better. Everyone else i dealt with for my storage and/or truck rentals, were less than desirable. I was given misinformation from one girl and almost charged a penalty for it. Even after i clarified it with her several times. She had NO idea what she was doing when trying to rent a truck to me. Yet when i came back the gentleman that helped me had me taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Absolute joke of a storage place. Truck was nice and cleam and ran great. But that was really not worth all thenother headaches i had during my stay.TARA W.
For a company whose business it is to provide rental equipment, it is frustrating that the customer had to drive 150 miles from a major metropolitan area to get a rental for a reservation made 3 weeks in advance. UHaul should have staff to deliver to closer locations. Staff member was helpful.Robert P.
Service was fantastic. However, Uhaul needs to invest in better tech support and interface for mobile pickups as well as their in-house booking system. Staff was faced with back to back tech issues that were not resolvable in their hands. They seemed to be dealing with a lot of tech issues that they didn't have a solution for. Would be great to support your employees better by diagnosing the tech-side of things. For example, I was scheduled for a mobile pickup. The phone process was ok until I had to verify a secondary contact. That didn't work for a few minutes and my secondary contact couldn't be contacted. I went inside for assistance and the staff was nice enough to sign me in manually. Then, we got to the end of the transaction and the system sent the entire transaction back because I had begun my 24 hour pickup. So I then had to close out tabs, staff tried again. It happened a couple more times. I ended up getting my truck 1 hour later into my 4 hour reservation. Thanks fully I got everything done on time and was able to return the truck before my drop off time. Staff were beyond apologetic and stressed about the whole thing. I told them it wasn't their fault and that Uhaul management on the corporate end should be doing more to tackle these hiccups so their employees and customers are equally supported and content. As I said, I was scheduled for pickup at 3 and ended up finally leaving the facility at 4:15. The headache Wasn't worth the $40 I spent to be honest. I hope Uhaul can address these tech side issues in the future.Mary R.
Guaranteed reservation was canceled two days before my move. I was very concerned and called the number. They would "try" to find something for me. They then downgraded my to a smaller trailer, "unless I wanted to do a round trip" Showed up and Clerk was unable to find my reservation, even when showing the reservation number.
