Nearly impossible to find this location. It can NOT be seen from the street , no signage and GPS did not work properly Even my Uber driver got lost trying to pick me up after I dropped off the truck. (the guy working at U-Haul said this happens often)

The Gentleman that helped me that day and also a couple other times over the phone was very good at what he does and great customer service skills. I am in the service industry and I thought he was great! When I called to ask a few questions a few days later he remembered me and my situation. I was even going to call and thank him. I had no issues picking up the rental, but upon returning the rental, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. I waited patiently and caused no disruptions. When it was my turn, I went up to the service desk and stated that I just need to return the rental. The young man behind the desk was rude and said that he is going to service the customers behind me first because "They have been waiting for a long time." Now, we have all been waiting in the line so I actually have been waiting the longest, by definition of a queue. He asked me to step aside and proceed to ask the next person what he needed. Luckily, the next person was actually my coworker that came with me to return the truck. I was angry about the issue but decided to not cause a bigger scene since I was already exhausted from the move and also didn't have to wait another turn. Throughout the checkout process, the worker continued to be rude. I did absolutely nothing to this worker but can't help but notice that everyone there was white but me. I don't like to pull the race card but there was no other explanation except that this guy was a racist and want to put me in the back of the line. If my coworker wasn't there and I had to wait another half an hour, I would have lost it. I would not suggest anyone to use this UHaul location and having to deal with this bullshit. We only needed a 15 ft because if ramo for 2 hrs and 16 miles maybe some kind of pricing for quick nearby usage. 65 was a bit much, gas didn't even move. But overall excellent!!

Uhaul process to allow customer to select a rental unit at a specific location then 1 day prior to pickup automatically move the location more than 20 miles from the original location basically forcing a 2x increase in milage cost resulting in a 2x total cost is a very negative experience. Better is to provide an option at the same location or at or between home address and requested uhaul pickup location.

Difficult to find with the address. Agent was accomodating with fuel level due to driving around too much trying to find a drop off location that was open on Saturday.
