I was very disappointed that a furniture Dolly and a couple blankets were on the truck already and in the way, but in order to use them I would have had to pay even more than the truck rental ( already including the truck fee, $1.09 each mile, and gas ) I mean I paid $80 for 41/2 hrs. Rental time, even though I could have kept it the full 24 hrs. So you made a lot more money on another full rental because I was nice enough to not keep it the full 24 hrs. that I was told that I could have it for when I reserved it. Even still you had to try to squeeze another 7 or 15 dollars out of me. I would like to know what happened to the way that companies used to do business. Other than this what I feel is excessive greed, I was satisfied with my experience. Also, after spending all I had on the U-Haul and the storage unit that I rented and moved to, the U-Haul place where I rented and turned in the truck, I couldn't even get one little moving box comped. Of course it's not in the contract, but come on, a small thing like that would have made me feel good and would have been quite helpful. Just my humble opinion. The most important thing I want to say here is that if you're going to put the dolly and moving blankets on the truck anyway they should be included. No I told them I didn't want it cuz I couldn't afford the extra money and it's on there anyway. It just makes me feel like a non valued customer and trying to be squeezed out of everything I can that's how I felt. Still everything else went smooth imperfectly and I think you for that.

I have returned the vechicle, clean, full of gas, no damage, 2 days early. I drove a total of 32 miles while I had it. U-Haul is now for some reason trying to charge an additional $200 plus .64 cent mileage charge. I am expecting a portion of a refund due to droping off 2 days early. Certainly not an additional $200.64. I have opened up an objection #1636326

Turn signal blinker did not work and employee never went through safety check of lights I almost crashed into someone. Left rear outside tire completely bald when I picked up how unsafe and lucky I did not get in accident cause I would of sued the hell out of you

Drop off was after hours, and again, the online self-drop-off failed. Had to call the 800 # for help and take photos of the truck and odometer as backup. Don’t use a system that is not ready yet. I get the draw of wanting to roll that out, and it seems super convenient, but it is the opposite of convenient.

I am very displeased with the gasoline refill policy. I estimated that I would drive 10 miles;I drove the vehicle a total of 11 miles. to pick up some furniture at a mini-storage. I shut the truck off while loading the vehicle. Before I drove out of the U-haul location the attendant and I agree the gas gauge was between 1/2 & 5/8 as shown on the receipt; it was returned at the same mark. When returned The U-haul attendant said he said that when I left it was between 1/2 & 3/4 and that it was now below 5/8 and I was charged $7.13 for fuel. This was just a way to pad the bill.

The front desk layout is a bit awkward and inconsistent with other UHAUL facilities I have rented from. It works but when I arrived there was only one other customer in front of me. Not sure how this set up works when it gets busy.

The 2 locations were amazing- the U Haul 1800 number was a NIGHTMARE. I was on a call that lasted about 8 minutes before hearing "if there is someone there we cannot hear you. Please call back again." When I called back and asked if I could change drop off locations because the place in Seattle said I could do that (and I was sitting in the parking lot of the most convenient location) the woman asked me if I signed my contract. Obviously I signed my contract. If I hadn't I don't think it would have a trailer to drop off would I?? The man in Seattle didn't ask me what location I would prefer to drop off- said I could change it when I got there. So after my 12 plus hour drive home. I got to drive an additional 20 minutes to another location. That to me is unnecessary and so petty.

Your online booking is a joke. Booked for 1 location changed to another site 5 miles away. Booked the truck for 24 hrs but your system always changed to 10hrs. Complete joke of a system. Will not repeat this cluster fk again.
