This facility is top notch. It is clean and well lit. I definitely feel safe when there. The 1st month free was cerainly a plus. Jill in the office went above and beyond to help me when I checked in. The custodian, Claudia not only keeps the place spotless but she is such a wonderful ambassador for the facility. She was always there to greet us with a smile and help us as needed. We will recommend this facility to all our friends and family that need Uhaul products or storage.

I cannot say enough great things about this location! Mackenzie was a pleasure to deal with when I called inquiring about prices. She assisted me to find exactly the right size unit for my needs and the price was far better than other storage places I called. On our move in day Cadence made the process seamless and took me to my unit to make sure I had no issues accessing it. The unit was clean, well lit, and secure. Even though I only needed the unit for a short time I was beyond happy with my experience and I will definitely be using them again!

MARK O | Overall ExperienceThe biggest problem I had was that they closed my account without my permission. I understand sometime people leave and they have to close storage unites because the people never returned but I left at 11 A.M. with my uhaul truck and my stuff in the uhaul truck and returned at 2:40 P.M. the same day and my unit was closed and I could not access my own unit. I still had half a month till my next payment was due. There should have been someone to contact me at the very least. The next thing would be I would have preferred to have half of the months rent returned to me since I left halfway in the month.
