John C | Primeras impresionesI stored items in the building to the left of facility. The building is inadequate for ease of storage. The cement my door is cracked and difficult to get a cart in and out. The card reader is hard to read the screen and does not swipe down because of poor install and you have to swipe up with no clear directions. Parking is horrible as you have parked all your rental equipment too close to main door so no ease of parking at all. The ramp goes out the back of the staircase so it is useless. That building need major repairs!! Would not recommend ! The staff was very good though!
CAROL R | Experiencia generalI found it very difficult checking in & getting initial access to my indoor storage unit. Directions were not clear and concise as to how to do the initial check-in. For example, to check in I had to enter my code on a specific keypad, which ended up being the 4th keypad I tried. There was no sign or clear directions that stated that in order to gain access to my unit for the very 1st time, "I initially needed to use the middle keypad, located on the loading/unloading ramp side of the building, & enter my code. After that I could use any of the other keypads, located by the doors, to gain access to the interior of the building where my unit was located." I even tried calling the after-hours supervisor, however it went straight to voicemail & the mailbox was full. Thankfully though I ended up figuring out how to gain access to my unit & everything else went smoothly from there.
Courtney G | Mudanza en líneaThe ease and speed of the process of moving in and out were a nice surprise! Once the sun goes down, there really isn't much light to work with. I relied on my car headlights in the evening hours. Otherwise, I wouldn't ask to change a thing!
