I arrived on a BUSY weekend day and pulled into the return lane. My only complaint is that signage states to stay in your rental to return and I waited there for quite some time before going inside to get someone. When I reserved a 20 ft. truck a few weeks ahead of time I assumed that the truck would be available. When it was not, two 15 ft. trucks were provided which worked out very well.David R.

The online pick up process is extremely frustrating and I noticed more than one customer complained about it when we were forced to go insude and wait in line to pick up rather than doing it on our phones. The service was "unavailable". And not all phones will scan the codes on the back of a license. There needs to be a better way to do this online.TIFFANY JOYCE B.
Since I have had a bad experience with U Haul Dover NH where we were accused of causing damage (black streak 1' long) which we did not do. I noted a lot of damage to this truck that did not have the X marking the damage. The pictures U Haul takes to note damage is taken too far away. You can barely see the door handle never mind any damage. I find that practice deceiving. I asked that they note all unmarked damage with an X sticker. Which can fall off. We returned the truck with more gas than we received. I would like to see some type of credit issues.KATHY S.
