Gary W | Overall ExperienceI have had a problem every time I have tried to do anything with this company!! I have filled this out before and also emailed with my complaints, with no response. My reservation (that I made twice) for a truck last july, never happened, the storage unit I rented was incorrect size, and then when I go to empty it, I left the keys in the drop box because it was after hours, went home and called customer service to inform them it was emptied, just to get emailed repeatedly the next day that there was a 'problem "charging my card" and now I owe a late fee. The lack of communication between company staff is ridiculous, and all the excuses made to customers is absurd. The worst experience ever.

Shane G | First ImpressionsI got the storage unit a little over a year ago and I always had 24 hour access to the hours I worked and for no reason things cut them off and want to talk to the manager he said we've never had 24-hour service it said well I've had it for the last year said well we don't I said well okay I guess I'll move out then did nothing to accommodate me
