The facility is not numbered correctly, even the buildings have the wrong letters on them. I wasted an hour and a half looking for my unit number that didn't exist. I finally got someone on the intercom after a long wait, and he told me they were re-numbering and must not have finished, which is insane if you're already renting the units. He told me which one he thought it was (not the number, but counting the units from the end),he was wrong, and I had to confirm by waiting on hold again on the intercom. The next guy was surprised to hear that the building letters weren't even changed. So, I finally get into the unit that I THINK is mine, still not sure bc it's labeled number 143 not the the 187 I was assigned and there is no disc lock in it like there is supposed to be. So I had to go buy one of those. Never received any kind of apology for the confusion of renting me a unit number that doesn't exist yet. All in all, worst experience with a rental unit that I've ever had. Just a shocking level of ineptitude.

Really messed up my whole move delaying the process months and also ended up costing me 10+ more hours of labor and hundreds of extra dollars was in term of moving help. Talked to the manager twice and was told they would get back to me, never did.

My unit was broken into and had asked for the police report as well as any video footage, GM agreed to get it to us, and it never happened. I did not feel safe storing my belongings. Many if not all of my items were ruined due to moisture, there would be puddles of water in the unit and was told nothing could be done about it. Just a very unsatisfactory experience in all. I would be ashamed of how this place has been run and managed, but I know that nothing will ever be done about this feedback and very disappointed. Have been a customer for 3 years + and not a single good thing to say about U-Haul.
