Duane R. | Overall ExperienceWe packed up our home and stored it for two years at this facility, we never had any issues whatsoever. The staff were always friendly when we went in to check on some thing and we enjoyed our experience. If we ever had to store anything again, we would definitely use M&M storage.

Dennis K. | Overall ExperienceThe only issue we had were the units walls did not close our unit it. It was accessible by about 4" to the unit next to it. We did not have mice when we moved into the unit but when the unit was cleaned out I cleaned out mouse poop on a lot of items and even found a nest in the back of the unit. The unit also wasn't sealed so everything was covered by dust. I've used other storage facilities in Pueblo and never had this issue. The unit we had in aisle a did not have issues with mice, but the unit in aisle d everything was covered in poop.

Dan and Dee M. | Overall ExperienceI'm guessing the person I spoke to about my clearing out the storage was the manager/owner. She was snippy when I explained what was going on. Jumped to the conclusion that I wasn't turning in key and wouldn't get my key deposit back! I told her I was turning in key there was no problem there. I was trying to tell her I called and their phone but it wasn't taking calls. I called to give my 2 week notice. I had a catastrophic accident at my home and couldn't make it the storage site for a few days. I explained to staff members in the office that were decent when I turned in key. The practice of giving a two week notice when the storage will be emptied is like predicting the future. Especially if a person has to rely on people to move things. I know storage is scarce in this town. But why make it so hard. It's all about the money. No, I will not recommend this storage company or the other one ran by this company. Unless it's last one with openings.
Juanita R. | Overall ExperienceYes i will definitely come back to your storage units but to better your self and the set up ..you really need to examined the locks..my unit i had i had a hard time locking my unit..other wise they are convenience locations i would come back and use them again in the furure..
