I first rented the largest one in November of 2020, the rent went up so high I had to downsize and give away all my furniture, then I hadn't been in the smaller one not even a year and the rent keep going up about every nine months.

tawanda m | First ImpressionsThe prices should be reviewed to be more cost friendly to customers. I couldn’t keep up with the increases. It was best price when I started renting. Then prices skyrocketed. I’m needing to find something more cost efficient. Otherwise, I’ve used Uhaul for over 10 years across USA. I recommend existing or returning Customers should keep the original rates they start with or lower increases over time. Only brand new rentals should undergo the full market cost increases. Small benefits to keep current and recurring customers. My rental increased by almost $100. No change in unit size or increased services or benefits.
