Facility is clean and well maintained. I find the prices expensive and it seemed as though every few months I would get an email that prices are increasing again and again.

However, the cargo lift elevator needs a ramp on the ground level & the triangle steel barrier is horrible to get over while loading carts. This took two strong people to lift over the barrier. We found a new home within 2 weeks and didn’t need to keep the storage unit. When I went to turn in the card keys I expected a ‘minimum fee’…NO FEE! I was shocked in a good way and this certainly sealed my loyalty to the Portsmouth U-Haul operation. Thank you.

I treated with at most respect by the staff in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire location. Right by the highway was very convenient. They know the mover who I used to help me. They know the young man who owns the company that moves me .I highly recommend uhaul and the Portsmouth, New Hampshire Uhaul.

The truck drove and handled great for the drive and the trailer was very easy to maintain and handle. Upon our arrival in Portsmouth the app made it very easy and convenient to return our truck to the drop off location after hours. We love U-Haul!
