Disappointed that I called 2 months prior to the date I needed storage. I was told to make a reservation online which I did for a climate control unit 5x8. When I showed up on May 1st, the woman in front of me had flown into PIttsburgh for 24 hours to move her college student home. Her reservation from February (to start on May 1st) was gone. The staff found another unit for her. Then when I got up to the counter, of course my reservation was gone too. Then I was given another unit but it actually had a lock on it with items inside. Then someone was trying to talk me into another floor telling me it was climate control which was contradictory to the website and my first call when I was told the 4th floor was the only floor with climate control. I ended up having to accept a much larger unit at a much higher cost because my unit was given to someone else. It took more than an hour in the office to be assigned to multiple different units before getting one that was acceptable.

Lori L | First ImpressionsI was just a little disappointed when I called regarding the space two weeks prior to the rental that there was an advertisement if you got your check there and got your storage space there you would get one free month well that did not apply to me and I was a little disappointed for that but I will be there for several months if you decide to do a credit I will still be there I have no intentions on moving for at least 4 months
