After loading up my truck and draft driving to the U-Haul location, I was unable to access the building after several attempts, and the office was closed and the chat support was of no use! I suggest any new storage customer try accessing the entrance prior to leaving the facility while the office is still open!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe only negative was they parked trailers in front of the gate access, so I had to get out of my car to open the gate. Other than that, everything was great!
CHRISTOPHER C | Experiencia generalPaid the storage and they still opened my storage and put it up for auction the people here are horrible
laqueesha b | Experiencia generalThe female employee was pretty helpful and friendly. The guys didn't seem friendly or helpful. Trouble with elevator during a visit and mentioned it to a employee and didn't s care just mentioned taking the stairs as my storage unit was on the 2nd floor. The uhaul manager wasn't friendly at all....👎🏼

MICHAEL J | Primeras impresionesAfter losing my father, I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. During that difficult period, the customer service I received made a world of difference. The process of getting our storage unit set up was smooth, stress-free, and handled with kindness, patience, and professionalism. I especially want to thank General Manager David Tucker for ensuring everything was taken care of and making the entire experience as easy as possible. His leadership and the level of care shown during such a difficult time meant more than words can express. I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism I received. Thank you for making a challenging situation a little easier. I hope your team continues to have great success.
Payton A | Primeras impresionesThere were a few snafus at first. I was told that the first month's storage fee is free. I was charged before I moved my belongings in. So I canceled the order. Then, It took 6 days to get the money refunded. Then when I signed up for a storage unit, the computers were down. I was shown how to use the access pads, but they both said "denied." Two different employees tried over and over to get the access card to work. They never got it to work. To their credit, both Brody and Stephen kept their cool during all of this. However, I still have an access card that does not work. I'm sure they will fix it.
