We are at the store on Roosevelt Boulevard near 7800 Roosevelt Blvd. Steve was the guy that helped us and he was so helpful impatient and kind. At 72 years of age this was my first time needing a storage unit and he was very nice about explaining how it works, and what we had to do. He’s a good man God bless him.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis is a great location didn’t have any issues at all the staff is great would definitely store my things here again
Antonio W | Experiencia generalOverall service was great, very helpful
Tamika J | Experiencia generalThe worse problem solving experience I have ever had. The location was neglectful at getting me my property for over two days, with no good reason why nor any resolution to me receiving my belongings. The was no leader ship and no chain of command in this company. Never do business with them.
JAMES I | Experiencia generalIt was like a miracle how affordable how convenient the service is! The staff is! Getting truck with million accessories in the same location as storage, so fast, so easy, all in one place is above and beyond. I’m so grateful and so happy! It was a moving day which I was sleepless about made a breeze.
Yuliya F | Primeras impresionesI greatly appreciate all of y'all 🙏💕 Thank you for your business. This location U-Haul to me is the best in a lot of areas. Please 🙏 keep up your good work 💪👍. You guys are Phenomenal. Thank you.... Ms. .....
nico l | Primeras impresionesI had to quickly find a storage unit so I chose this place. As I’m putting my furniture and literally my entire life in the place, I kill three roaches. When it’s time to search for a new place, I know that I can’t bring any of that stuff with me. Absolutely disgusting.
ADRIENNE S | Primeras impresionesThe manager mr.steve and assistant manager miss Francis are the best i have seeing in storage business. They treat you like a family. I love all of them
SELEKE S | Experiencia generalAfter having used your storage facility for 10+ years, there should be some consideration for a ceiling price or longer length of time for storage.
MIRIAM E | Primeras impresionesGood customer service
BIBENS L | Primeras impresionesGreat place for storage. Area was clean and well lit. Wonderful customer service team. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
